This was my first experience with SCS Autos, and I will say that everything was efficient, quick, and professional. I bought a VW ID.4. This is my first ever electric car. It did take me some getting used to, but I am really enjoying it now and prefer it so much compared to petrol and diesel. I found the car online and traveled to the dealership. When I got to SCS Autos, the whole dealership was presentable, and the car was fully charged for me, which I felt was a nice gesture. When I took the car for a test drive, they just let me go off by myself, which again was a nice gesture to allow me to get a feel for the car. Jack was helpful throughout, answered any questions I had, and was not at all pushy. I felt no pressure from the dealership, and I'd highly recommend it.

My mum is very happy! The car is great. I test drove the car for around 40 minutes with these guys which made me feel at ease. They really wanted me to get a good feel for the car and that made me trust them. My mother had a poor experience with another main dealer 2 weeks prior and the car actually broke down on delivery! SCS was a lovely breath of fresh air.

the process of Zuto contacting SCS and SCS contacting me was seamless. We had several conversations regarding the equipment and condition of the car. On collection day SCS offered to pick me up from the local station bring me to them. Jack Norwood could only be described as a young man with professional head on his shoulders.The customer service was first class and the vehicle was in pristine condition.

Fiat 500 purchased for my daughter and I am overall pleased! The locking wheel nut was missing, however SCS have agreed to send out a replacement so I really can't fault them.
