My husband and I purchased our new car from SCS Autos in December. From start to finish we dealt with Jack who could not be more helpful! When we initially came to view and test drive the car, we were a little sceptical as it wasn’t your average car garage forecourt. We arrived and could see that all the cars were absolutely pristine and well looked after. We were assisted by Jack from start to finish whose professionalism is next to none. There was no pressure to buy the car, no follow up phone calls and we were left to make the decision without any pestering! Just the type of sales person I like! We called a few times with queries we had about the car and each time Jack was able to give us clear answers. We purchased an EV from SCS Autos, unfortunately the 3 pin charge cable did not work, which Jack had advised us, however on purchase of the car he arranged for a new charge cable to be delivered to my home - it arrived 3 days later! Jack is a credit to SCS Autos and I would absolutely recommend SCS Autos to anyone looking to buy a new car! 🙃

If I’m being totally honest, it was my husband who went to check out the car and take it for a test drive. So imagine my surprise when I came home from work to find a shiny Mazda CX-5 sitting on my driveway! It was lovely and a massive upgrade from my old car. Guess who’s now enjoying the new ride—definitely not my husband! 😜

Everything is going great with my SEAT Ateca. This is my first time using SCS Autos, and I found them through Exchange and Mart. Kam and the rest of the team were absolutely lovely and made the whole experience super easy. No complaints so far (touch wood!) I decided to us the finance for the Lexus, and he made sure to explain every detail in a clear and thorough way, taking the time to ensure I fully understood everything before making my decision. His patience and helpfulness really stood out to me. Now that I have my Lexus, I'm really pleased with it; it’s an incredible car! I already knew I loved them because a colleague has one, and I’ve had the pleasure of being a passenger in it several times. I'm so glad I took the plunge and went ahead with the purchase!

I took the train to SCS Autos in Watford, and they kindly offered to pick me up at the station, which was a thoughtful touch! I have had my Infiniti Q70 for about a month, and nothing has gone wrong, which is a big win in my opinion. No drama, no surprises!
