I provided them with the spec I was looking for and they exceeded my expectations, finding and delivering a really lovely high spec, excellent quality vehicle to me. Throughout the process they liaised with the finance company on our behalf and delivered the vehicle to us in South Wales. Their enthusiasm for their work and commitment to the customer is exceptional. We got a great deal on a fantastic vehicle and the whole process was extremely smooth, communication was excellent throughout and I had every confidence in them. It’s rare to find such an exceptional car dealer these days who are committed to customer service.

Purchased a 2006 Kia from SCS a month ago. After a month with the car I’ve not had any horrible surprises and I’m very happy with the car. The dealer was very helpful, friendly and wasn’t pushy, which made the experience pleasant. However I’ve knocked a star off because the car was not exactly as the advert. When test driving the car I noticed the aircon did not work (scs offered to fix this but I’d travelled to see the car so they instead gave me extra warranty). The car was advertised with a full service history but no history was provided with the car. And I descovered on the drive home that the cruise control does not work. None of the issues would have stopped me buying the car but they were not mentioned in the ad. It is likely Scs didn’t know about the aircon and cruise control not working but it’s a shame nevertheless

I spoke to Simon one of the advisors from the sales team regarding purchasing a car and his mannerism was utterly exemplary very polite and calming he made me feel very relaxed and he even did a detailed video intro of the vehicle which was excellent, I travelled all the way from London and he even sent a colleague to pick me up from the train station which was commendable.I purchased the vehicle and while enroute back to London the car developed a small fault which I telephoned and informed him of this and he sent a mechanic to assist and repair the fault I would definitely recommend these people again as I was blown away by the way they were so professional and very polite and accommodating 10/10 from me with regards to the quality of customer service provided would definitely recommend SCS WS11 to my family and friends.
