I spoke to Simon one of the advisors from the sales team regarding purchasing a car and his mannerism was utterly exemplary very polite and calming he made me feel very relaxed and he even did a detailed video intro of the vehicle which was excellent, I travelled all the way from London and he even sent a colleague to pick me up from the train station which was commendable.I purchased the vehicle and while enroute back to London the car developed a small fault which I telephoned and informed him of this and he sent a mechanic to assist and repair the fault I would definitely recommend these people again as I was blown away by the way they were so professional and very polite and accommodating 10/10 from me with regards to the quality of customer service provided would definitely recommend SCS WS11 to my family and friends.

Drive past the SCS car sales on the A5 in Cannock every night on the way home from work noticed they had a white 11 plate corsa on the pitch so called in to take a look Dave and this team handed me the key to look round received very open friendly advice and planned to pop back in the day light to test drive. Again let me and my son take out for test drive no pressure to buy the car was exactly what I had been looking for to buy as a first car for my son bought the car to which Dave did a great hand over and also put 12 months MoT with the sale . I had been looking for a X5 for a while when I saw the lovely black one at scs it was great they did a video tour of the car as pics can be deceiving and as i lived four hours away I wanted to see it in more detail. I drove down to see it as I was part exchanging my car anyway. They had gone all out to get it clean for me I felt I wasn’t rushed and they weren’t pushy they were only to happy to explain anything I asked about the car. What I really liked was although the car had five months MOT still left on it they put it through another test and had the advisories done as well so that was brilliant most other dealers would not have done that. When I took it for a test drive I noticed a problem with the rear window and tracking they promptly took it for someone to look at and footed my bill for my meal while I waited. They couldnt fix the window problem so unfortunately ihadto drive back I decided to buy the car with the window fault as I could get someone to look plus I loved the car. The car was delivered to me a few days later and i had another little blip happen but was sorted quickly by the AA it wasnt anything mechanical. I’m very happy with the car and would def recommend these guys.

Bought the car online, was inmpressed with the details they shared with close up photos of the bodywork. Delivery was simple, no problem and when we had a problem they were quick to solve the issue, no messing. I know it’s a bit of a gamble buying cars without seeing them and relying on pictures.
