I looked on their website for BMW X5 they had a few to choose from which was good when we got there the sales man was nice. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me what they had then let us look around with no pressure I was looking at 2 and he told me any bad points on them. I decided which 1 to go for he showed me what all the controls were and how to use everything and took a test drive. he put a new battery on it and gave it a clean including buffing the headlights also sorted out a few minor bits. I would buy from them again and recommend them to other people.

Test drive car near the garage it drove fin. Payed deposit pickup Sunday no problem.got it on to motorway drive it at 70mph the car would Shake a vibrat on steering wheel.i phone select garage he said wheels need balancing take it to your nearest dealer went to start car when got it home would not start egr value was stuck open he sent anther one down and I fitted it big mistake as I now tampered with engine it needs for tyres they look good but there not needs rear hubs as wheel bearing have gone and all need new rear disks and pads still try to get him to pay for part I’ve only drive it 130 mile and got all this problems

In October I purchased a 2.2 ST Estate from them, The car was well presented for its age and Luke seemed helpful , the deal was done and car was collected the following week on a 180 mile round trip. Within 4 weeks of having the car the water pump failed so I had to get the car fixed as it is used daily, then the EGR valve failed constantly throwing the engine management light on and limp mode so was undrivable. I spoke to them to see what they would do about rectifying this as I was out of pocket and after a week of being fobbed off being told " I can't get hold of my boss " I was then told if I would have gone to them they could have got the parts for me , amazing how that is possible when the car is undrivable and there and back is 180 miles.... After speaking to Luke over 4 weeks ago they had copy receipts of parts brought but no response....obviously it's a gamble buying used but their after sales service is shocking.

I got a 2004 plated street ka it was a better ka than I expected it was a minter great ka kept it two years pipe on heater matrix on bulk head leaked water out but I solved it...they solved passenger door not opening for me foc so thumbs up happy customer and they offer cover on breakdown insurance policy,, the cars are the best valeted ever ,, look their used cars from,, used car salesmen ,,so be fair punters, your buying second or more hand vehicles, their ok and its your call to buy so depends on price usually the more you pay the more newer lower used mileage car you get,, play safe ford or Vauxhall cheap cheerful easy spares so yea 8/10 as for p/ex depends go with hard cash cos car buyers have to pay less to profit simple my p/ex was a little low but if I'd have sold private I think I'd have got £500 more but needs must I saw I wanted I dealt my decision so no way critical and besides if they played me £700 for a Y plate 72k vectra mk2 then they wouldn't make profit ...when used cars get ready for bits it's usually 10year old with 100k on exhausts water pumps oil seals compression so look sell yours go with cash bargain easy not hard and get AA COVER

I purchased a vehicle from this trader and am going through court proceedings at the moment. The car has broken down twice in 4 months losing me 2 days work plus a catalogue of other faults, lies and excuses came with this car. I have given them ample opportunity to refund my £5000 so now we shall see what the judge says. Buyer beware.

Car was not as described. Wanted to take it back but they would not accept it. They said they would put it right but did not do all they said they would. Same problem as other reviewer. Had to drive all the way to dealer without any word of petrol costs back. Still having problems with the car, was not worth what I paid.
