SelectaCars have been really helpful and have gone the extra mile to make sure the car was perfect for us. Collected the car yesterday after we noticed a fault that SelectaCar sorted without question. I can't ask for anything more from a car dealer. I will definitely be back for my next car. Thanks to Terry and the guys in the workshop for helping us out.
Been meaning to write this review about Selectacars. Sadly it’s not a good one. I’m local and you would of thought they would be nice Sadly they wasn’t. My tyre burst right outside their store and I panicked and ran in and said I have someone coming to help me I’ll get it moved. The guy in the office was extremely rude and said you have to move it and I heard the Big Bang of the tyre I wondered what it was! ( they didn’t even bother to come out and check if they heard it ) Clearly they only bothered about what their store looks like and selling rather then helping people. So I would be careful buying cars from these guys wondering what their tyres are like on their cars. Very disappointing. Also look at their response on Facebook. It goes to show they lack customer service. Perhaps they need re training in this area.
The main thing that stood out to me about Selecta Cars was its nice and local so wouldn't have to spend loads of money on travelling! The car was clean and as described! I had one issue with the tyres on the car so always make sure to check them. Other than that though it was good and I would recommend.

I am over the moon with my Vauxhall Insignia from Midland Motorcars. It was in immaculate condition and up to now I have only had one small issue with the headlights they they were more than happy to fix and got it sorted really quickly. The car is very good value for money and I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I am very happy with my Ford Fiesta from Selecta Cars. Its been a few months now and I have had no major issues! The car was clean and in good shape and they do have a good range of good quality cars but the customer service needs work. The dealer didn't tell me anything about the car. i would recommend them though based on the cars they sell.

The car i went for looked amazing the team looked after me on the day but maby that was just for the sale in the first 6 days i had to go back to the dealers 3 times as problems started to appear on the car ive still only had it for 9 days so it might have to go back more but i think its time for this review the staff are helpfull and tryed to sort these problems out for me asap and thats why thay got 3 stars but would of been 1 if its just on the car as i shouldnt be comeing back this much in under a week of owning the car. I might just of been unlucky but who knows.
No issues at all, The dealer were very good! really knowledgeable and helpful and I am really pleased with the car! I bought a BMW back in June and up to now I have had no issues up to now. The car is very good value for money and I am really pleased with it. I would very highly recommend this dealership.
