John was very helpful and friendly and genuinely interested in us as people not just customers. He was polite and engaging and concerned that we were happy with our purchase. He talked us through the technology when we picked up the car and followed up a couple of times afterwards to make sure we were still happy. A small issue with the windscreen washers was resolved immediately.
