John was very helpful and friendly and genuinely interested in us as people not just customers. He was polite and engaging and concerned that we were happy with our purchase. He talked us through the technology when we picked up the car and followed up a couple of times afterwards to make sure we were still happy. A small issue with the windscreen washers was resolved immediately.

From the moment we met John his commitment to customer satisfaction was obvious. There was no hard sell and when I decided to take the car that same day his reacted with professionalism. (I had a meeting in Manchester the following day and had no transport). I returned the car a few days later so John & his team could carry out a couple of items, battery in key fob, reversing sensor light but when I collected it they'd also replaced a tyre (just in case) replaced the complete key fob and valeted it twice! It had rained! His after sale service is also super. I will certainly be recommending John at Sharp Automotive to my friends. Thank you John.
