Had a service plan £20 a month over like 4 years. So nearly £500 for 2 services when booking in the said plan was suspended but booked in service and advised what sort of service it required with a price of £850. Resolved the suspension of plan (had a late payment) so rebooked it in for service plan. They said it was oil change and visual inspection The heater wasn’t working so wanted diagnostic on the car to find out the problem.which on my paperwork was part of the service.They argued the diagnostic was not part of the service even when I showed it on my paperwork then said they couldn’t do diagnostic on a Saturday because they were short staffed. Which is bullshit Because they need to plug car into diagnostics to remove service warning from dashboard. Wouldn’t rebook for a different time to do the diagnostics unless I paid again. So basically £240 for an oil change very extortionate in my opinion won’t be using again.

I recently had my Audi TT repaired at Sheffield just need to say the service I received from Kieran Shaw was fantastic .He was so professional and delt with the issues immediately.He is a credit to the Audi name Regards Chris
Avoid Avoid Avoid! Broken promises, lies and shocking service. Purchased a Audi R8 £96,000 The car was given to me with a tennis ball hole in the grill. If the car was serviced and checked properly how was this missed? Failed repair job on the interior leather left it in such a shocking state, over spray and pink leather. Again the car wasn’t checked. Service team have lied about trying to contact me to managers. Sent a email last Wednesday and still no reply from Andy Grainger head of business. He’s read it too. Failed to call me today. Looking forward to what lies are told me tomorrow. Absolute shocking customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I purchased my vehicle from this particular company and within the very same month (June 2021), I have only since discovered that you have 3 Years Audi Assist and 3 Year Warranty? I only discovered the 3 Year Cover after I had engine problems and upon contacting JCT600 to report the issue. I was promised some New Personalised Number Plates. The latter never came to fruition! Suffice to say, my vehicle is now back with the dealer (after it was towed away from my home, yesterday),.for a thorough diagnosis and the necessary fault or repair to be made good. One of the major selling point/s with JCT600 is that there is a no quibble 30 day money back guarantee, if you are not happy. Let's see if this promise is upheld? They might be best to offer me an alternative vehicle as I never used this Car Dealership before and was only going on my own perception of it being a reputable company.
Had to buy a new car during national lockdown but Jct 600 were as you would expect of a class outfit.Job completed very quickly,efficiently and professionally.Don’t bother looking elsewhere. Matt Woodhouse needs special mention.
Naumaan Iqbal was fantastic and finding me the best deal. Great service came along with this. Could not recommend the sales team or Jtc600 Audi Sheffield enough. hopefully be receiving my brand new car in March.
I saw a car advertised on their web site and rang to speak to a "sales executive" he told me it was a perfect and amazing car, I made a 100 mile round trip to see the car which was to be honest a scrapper and a terrible advert to the Audi brand one side of the car had been completely resprayed and not that well. it was terrible and for the price they were asking shocking. the " sales executive " was shocked!!! what do you mean masking tape all round the door handles and matt orange peel on an Audi ? come on Sheffield Audi where is your loyalty to the Audi brand?????? oh By the way the car had 3000 miles more on the clock than advertised on their website.
The best car buying experience you could wish for! From my initial call to Sam including after sales service he was excellent. I felt extremely comfortable buying my car. My questions and queries were dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. Everything was explained in a clear and articulate way. The technicians did an excellent job removing the minor blemishes I pointed out to Sam who provided reassurance regarding what could and could not be achieved At no time did I feel under pressure to purchase the car or any additional options however, I was made fully aware of the options available. I was impressed with the extra’s I was offered and the high standards of the Audi dealership. Eventhough it was not a brand new car, I drove away feeling like it was. I cannot praise Sam enough.
