First got it at the beginning of March everything seemed ok till the second day keys not working flashing up on the dash when I tried starting saying key not recognised or they would not lock or unlock the car also got a child lock malfunction witch is a big deal to me as I have my brothers and sister kids in the car witch one is a new born so got the car straight back to Audi Sheffield where I said I wanted to reject the car as there’s a safety issue and I lost confidence in the car witch the Audi Sheffield replied say “I don’t want to reject the car because of safety issues it’s cause I don’t like it” witch is disgusting as it’s I new born baby’s life at risk so they blanked me about that kept calling me a lier and just fixed the car and gave it back after I got it back it wasn’t long till it went on again another 3 time due to the keys not locking or unlocking and even failing to start the car and yet again Audi Sheffield would ignore everything I would say and just say “it’s the batters that are dead we replaced them now it works fine” far from it batteries don’t just die in 2-3 week also the car has cut out fully while driving, hand brake not applying when it says it has so it rolls away when u get out, radio started not picking stations up and my windows stoped working so again I wanted my car rejecting and Audi said “these are not fault” so yet again completely ignored me and then a cracking sound developed in the foot well so went back to Audi again which the keys batteries dead again to, to find out it’s the welding of body panels that have split and moving this costs almost £4000 to fix for them and still not good enough to reject the car and the batters in the key were replaced once’s again and still not working properly plus handbrake still not applying every now and then so worst car and dealer I have ever dealt with do not buy from Sheffield Audi if your wanting to save money

I purchased a car from Sheffield Audi on the PCP plan. I paid £2000 deposit towards my car and was told they are giving me GAP insurance for free. A few months later I contacted Audi customer service to get a settlement figure and they told me I paid £1650 deposit. I asked sales manager what happened to the other £350, they told me that was for the GAP insurance??? I have made an official complaint to Audi and have asked them to respond to me by writing. Absolutely no response. Avoid these scammers!!!!!
We had our car for 8 months and not one single problem.....we stupidly wanted an audi service stamp. After our service which with a gearbox service aswell cost over £1200 we heard a knocking sound on the engine and took it back and back again and back again over 2 months and each time we were told it was different things...1st it was 2 struts rubbing together that they fixed...but still a knocking sound...then they couldn't hear anything....then they say it's normal and nothing wrong with our 70 grand car....yet the noise wasn't there before the service??? And now we want to take it and pay ourselves for a 2nd opinion at another audi specialist....but audi sheffield (well jct600) say they won't be interested in another opinion so that's that....... oh and each time we have been we see a different girl on servicing who just pass messages on and know one knows what's happening and give differing accounts each time. We have had a terrible experience where they seem happy yo take your money but aren't much help in fixing problems. Should be able to give minis stars as doesn't deserve the minimum 1 star. Will never use again and has put us off buying audi again.
I was very disappointed when I had my car serviced at Audi Sheffield, because someone stole all the coins I had left in my car. I contacted the branch to tell them how unhappy I was with what had happened, to be told by the manager he didn't know what to say or do. So please don't leave money or valuables in your car in you use Audi Sheffield.

Ordered new s5 coupe via V4b which was placed with Sheffield Audi. Placed order on 17/11/16 and was told delivery would be late feb / early march. Have now been told delivery would be june at the earliest yet went in to Audi belfast today (18/02/17) and told guaranteed delivery for end of May. Avoid like the plague as some of their excuses are laughable.

Can't fault my experience with this dealership at all. I bought an Audi A3 back in August and I have had no issues with it at all. It had just been valeted when I picked it up and the dealers were very helpful through out the whole process. I would recommend.

The car was a good deal but the customer service was poor, they agreed to sort a dent and a couple of other bits and didn't, they still haven't been fixed and I'm tired of chasing them. Full of empty promises.
