Bought a van from these guys Kevin & Steve they had to put up with me charging my mind on the vehicle but in the end all turned out alright van bought Spot on service , Kevin even took me to post office to tax vehicle which was good of him.

FAULTY CAR SELLER. READ THE REVIEWS ON FACEBOOK TOO. Absolutely disgusting after service. Blame the customer and don’t fix issues that were there from the start, warning lights on day after I collected, nothing but issues from day one. Rude staff who told me to grow up! Took them the car in 5 times costing me fuel and time had it all day 9-4:40 and only cleaned the brakes out they squeak because there cheap brake pads. Then rang me 20 mins before they close saying your cars ready but you’ll have to wait until tomorrow because we’re closing. Do absolutely nothing to help customers. If you have any issues you’re screwed. Businesses like this shouldn’t be around.

Arranged to come and see a vehicle at Sheffield Car Centre as a pre-arranged appointment. Arrived at the centre to be told the vehicle had been sold already. No contact made by the owner Steve to let me know out of courtesy it had been sold. No apology despite travelling 40 miles. Terrible customer service and poor attitude towards a potential customer. Very unpleasant experience and would not recommend.
Sheffield Car Centre has been spot on from start to finish. I bought a Vuaxhall from them in March and the cars been sound, cant complain. The car was perfectly described and very clean, the price was good too. i would recommend this dealership for sure!

Very nice people at Sheffield Car Centre. In June I bought a Skoda Octavia. The car was really clean and in fab condition. I am really happy with the price too. The dealers were a great help and I would definitely recommend them. I have had no problems at all.

I purchased a Mercedes Benz from this dealership back in April. The car was not sold as described, there are scratches on the front passenger window and on the roof. I have tried to chase this up to no avail. They are not easily contactable when you have an issue. The salesmen were helpful initially and they have a selection of really good cars but I think they should have better communication skills and stick to their word.

Absolutely wonderful. Really nice people! Very happy to help with any issues. The car I bought had a squeaky back break and the air con was busted but I let the dealership know they agreed to do it no problem! So I took it down and they got it all done that day. Can't fault the service and I have had no further issues with the car! I would happily recommend.
