Good Afternoon, I was wondering if you could please get in touch with the police regarding this. I am currently going through the exact same thing. Bought a car, that was deemed not road safe from this dealer and have been run round in circles by the dealer. I am finally collecting my car after 9 months of them arguing stating a changed my mind despite the car being fully technically reviewed. I am now being threatened by the dealer as I got the police involved as they would not give me details or where the car was being held or access to it. I am currently perusing legal action for the costs to repair the car and expenses incurred exceeding £10000. I really want to expose this dealer as the criminals they are. LA Cars, Naj Car body repairs, SR cars and Sheffield direct motors. They are all working together and doing the same thing. I have reported to everyone and done everything I can but its very stressful and I think the more people come together to try and get this dealer exposed for selling dangerous cars. I have received threats from this dealer around getting my money back and fear for me and my family.

Hi, My daughter bought a car in April 2023 and has had the same issue. Currently looking to take Salem Rasul to court for Selling an unroad worthy Car. She had it inspected after the car broke down 2 months after purchase. The full back end of the car was hammered into place and filled with Silicon filler. He refuse to do anything about it, ignores solicitor letters. He is acting as a Limited company but then taking payment to a personal account so Tax evading, He has had my daughter car since September said it was fixed but a further inspection showed exactly the same issues. Would you be willing to share your story with my daughter? He has threatened to her if she takes him to court he will run her round in circles to the and fees and she will never get her money back £14.000. He even said to resolve the issue he would sell her another car.
