Well, what can I say. The service I received from Lexus Sheffield was the best. Liam Crossfield was so helpful, very patient and did his upmost to make my visit one to remember, he even gave me a bottle of water and accompanied me on my test drive. He made sure I was confident driving the car. I would highly recommend the dealership and in particular Liam.

I recently purchased a Lexus rx400h from Lexus Sheffield. The sales representative Mr Mark store was very kind and helpful and the service overall was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lexus Sheffield to all my friends, Just wishing I can get back soon and purchase the RxL in the showroom, truly the beast from the east!

Discovered the vehicle they sold me has had paint repairs done poorly, overspray on surrounding panels, corrosion on a roof rail from a deep scratch that hasn't been caused by me and software updates on the sat nav that haven't been done. Then they have the audacity to tell me to return it to them a 350 mile round trip when they know I'm on a limited mileage agreement. This is the most expensive car I have purchased and I've not had a single email or letter from managment from this dealer or from Lexus UK thanking me for the business. To add insult to injury, I've now learned there is a recall for my vehicle for fuel pump issues and guess what, no communication from this dealer. Would have expected better service from a Lexus main dealer and I am far from happy with them. EXTRMELY POOR - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER !!!!

Very recently purchased Lexus used car from the Sheffield Lexus dealership. I cannot speak too highly of this dealership as from my first contact through to my purchase and collection of the car everyone of the staff who were involved in the purchase removed all the stress and problems they could. Even the transfer of the cherished plates was sorted with ease. I would like to thank personally Matt in particular and Natalie and Andrew for all their help and professionalism during this time. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Once again thank you
