Was told the car was in perfect working order with no problems a few weeks after bought the from them the heating was not warming up and told shelldrakes this after a few months. having the car and doing a head gasket testing kit on the car the head gasket had blown I have not be driving the car at High rpm for this to go this early. Phoned up the warranty company they would only up to 750 of the claim and told them I can't afford to put anything to the repair and they advised to speak to the dealership shelly advised me to drive it and keep it topped up with coolant do not drive if its not necessary and also advised to drive it down them and there garage can look at it for more fees I said no thanks we will get the problem sorted ourselfs in our town the cheek to sell a car with blown head gasket is a joke

Dear Mr Georgiou. In response to your review, you purchased the Seat from us in November 2021 and contacted us on 9 May 2022 advising you had carried out a home head gasket check on the car. We offered to get the car booked into our local garage for the head gasket check and also advised that the vehicle was covered under a comprehensive warranty with The Autogroup with a claim limit of £750 and that this was an item that was covered. You spoke with them who advised to get a proper diagnosis from a VAT registered garage for the claim to be validated. We tried calling you (unsuccessfully) for an update and emailed on 11 May. You responded advising it was booked into a garage local to you. We emailed a response to you on 12 May thanking you for the update and offering if you needed any further assistance to contact us. To this day we never heard anything else from you. We have just checked with the Autogroup and no claim was ever made? We are sorry that you feel let down by us but after our offer of further help, you never made contact. We did in fact check on the Autogroup’s portal a week or two later to see if any claim had been made but as it hadn’t had assumed no fault was found.
In July I purchased a Nissan Qashqai from Shelldrakes Specialist cars. It was very clean and in really nice condition. Up to now I have had no issues with it at all. The price could have been better but the service had been great and the transaction was very smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend them.

Shelldrakes Specialist cars get my recommendation. Salesman was very quick with answering all of my questions. Helped me with what finance options were available and helped with the finance company i picked to go with. The service i received was quick, efficient and very informative. They were happy to let me test drive the car, it was all great.
