A very quick, smooth and professional process. I bought my new Kia Sorento just before lockdown, so I was able to view the car, the staff were courteous and precautious. They had all the correct measures in place to keep everybody safe. I dealt mainly with Tom and he was brilliant, very knowledgeable, great communication and was always available when needed. The car is fantastic, I know I've definitely not had the full potential out of it yet, but there's time. I use the car every day and its been nothing but reliable, really enjoying it. I will be using Shelly Motors again in the future and no hesitation on recommending to family and friends.

The customer service was fantastic, under the current climate the business did everything they possibly could to get me in the vehicle I wanted, and also ensured the safety of customers and staff. The whole deal was done remotely, and the car was delivered to me. Everything up to the delivery ran like clockwork. There was no issues at all, smooth, easy and quick transaction. I purchased a Kia Stinger, the car is incredible. I haven't seen its full potential yet, I'm been sensible, but it's enjoyable! Mick and Charlie mainly looked after me, and they had everything in hand, they sorted mostly everything out for me, and they did a brilliant job. Shelly Motors exceeded my expectations and I will highly recommend to others.

I am very happy with the new kia Niro, the car is lovely and driving it, is very nice and enjoyable. The dealer got everything sorted quickly, there was no messing and waiting about. Excellent customer service, and the car has been perfect since buying it. I would be happy to buy another car here in the future.

The whole process was smooth, quick and stress-free. I dealt with a very nice bloke, he was helpful, knowledgeable and polite. I didnt once feel pressured into the sale, I was given all the information and time to make a decision. I bought a Kia Niro, its a very nice car, in top condition and was presented well to me. I've not managed to get the best out of it yet, with not getting out and about as much, but what I have experienced of the car, I'm really enjoying it.

This car is effortless to drive. I have had an automatic car before which I enjoyed driving but this is a completely different experience, you cant even feel the gear change. Very pleasurable to drive. The buying experience was also brilliant. It all exceeded expectations the sales men down at Shelly Motors were brilliant. I would happily tell other people to buy from here. I would also recommend the Kia E-Niro

I have used Shelly Motors to buy my last 4 cars and I think I will always use them as my go to dealership. I always recommend to others, they really are the best dealer I've ever used. This time round I've purchased a Kia Sportage, and its absolutely lovely. Really impressed with it. The heated seats are coming in handy too :) Highly recommend this dealership is your looking for brilliant customer service, and high quality vehicles.

Brilliant customer service, from start to finish, cant fault Shelly Motors at all. Very helpful and accommodating. When I went to collect the car is lovely and clean and just as I expected. Very happy with the Kia Sportage and I've really enjoyed driving it since buying. No issues in recommending this garage to friends and family and I would be quite happy to purchase here again myself.

Since buying my new Kia Soul I have been highly impressed by the car. I have done a long distance trip in it, and was very pleased to see how well the the battery lasts, it was a very good result, and over-all very happy with it. I am still getting used to the functions of the car and what everything means but Shelly Motors told me when I have an hour free to call back down and they will go through all the functions with me (I bought during restricted times and wasn't able to do a full demo inside the car). The dealership takes customer service to another level, they are on top form in this area - a pleasure to deal with, 10/10 customer service and 10/10 for the vehicle I purchased.

Absolutely excellent dealership. From first going down there I was very well looked after, the staff were helpful and friendly with me and the whole process was easy and quick. My daughter is going to go and look there soon, I have highly recommended to her and others already.
