I feel terrible because I can't even remember the name of the lovely man who took me out in my new car, but he will know who I am.
I was really nervous when I went to pick up the car yesterday. I have only been driving for two and a bit years, and this is my second car, but I felt as nervous as when going on my driving test. However, I need not have worried; he was such a welcoming man (so bad I can't remember your name), friendly, and I think he felt my nerves.
I purchased my lovely Fiat 500x from Shirlton Cars through a third party who recommended the car and dealership to me. I did not even look into this dealership, which we could all agree may be a mistake, but the car, the price, the service history, and the new MOT with no advisories sold it to me. The fact the customer service was amazing was such a bonus. I was even sitting outside at one point, not even knowing how to put the lights on (honestly, I can drive, but my first car was old), but he came out to help me.
This is probably long-winded but as a female, not long-time driver, travelling alone (from Brum) to pick up a car the two gentlemen I encountered were nothing but respectful, polite and genuinely nice guys...oh and I LOVE MY NEW CAR... thank you Shirlton Cars....

Bought a hyundai i30 from David at Shirlton. No pressure, gave us time to browse. He was really helpful when we were asking questions. Test drove the car and drove away in it the same day. Overall a very excellent experience.

Just bought a Volvo C30 that was keenly priced, nicely presented and appears well maintained, very pleased with the car and such a pleasure dealing with Steve. Definitely the best service I've ever received from any garage, thoroughly good experience.

I have just purchased a Mercedes. Could not be happier just what I was looking for in my favourite colour. Steve and Dave really helpful and sorted out all the paperwork, tax etc.. No pushy sales chat. I would definitely recommend when looking for your next car.

Bought a Vauxhalll Mokka 1.4 T Exclusive. The tyre pressure icon was on the dash clock at all times. Steve phoned a local garage who checked all sensors and reset them. Excellent customer service from David & Steve. Thanks and continued success.

I purchased a Suzuki Celerio from Dave and Steve. Very welcoming. Not at all "pushy" during viewing or taking the car for a test drive. Sorted log book and tax before leaving. Extremely pleased with my purchase. I would certainly recommend.
