I saw the Fiesta advertised on Auto Trader on the Tuesday evening and contacted them on Wednesday to arrange a test drive. We agreed a drive on the afternoon at 4 pm and we were so pleased with the car and the dealer that we agreed to buy the car. We left a £200 holding deposit and explained that we were selling our car through Motorway and that it could take a week or more to sell due to us having a private number plate on retention and were waiting for the new log book to arrive. They said it wasn't an issue because they could store the car in a secure location for us. On completion of the sale everything was sorted effortlessly and all parties were happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Shirlton Car Sales as yoy get good cars at good prices and an excellent friendly service from them.

Saw the the car on autotrader, went and looked at it, no pressure to buy given keys looked around car and then a few days later arranged a test drive, took it down the A5 and M6 motorway, good test drive and decided to buy car,
As I have said before no pressure, no phone calls or hassle from Shirlton.
Transferred the money and picked up car.
An easy and down to earth purchase I would recommend this dealership to anyone

My son bought his first car. Which you can imagine was very exciting,Good communication and sales from Steve and David although saying that I think we were very easy going people to deal with. The disappointing thing was when we came to collect the car which was a cash buy it hadn’t been valeted from when we viewed it ,and I actually removed the sold sign from inside the car. So perhaps some attention to detail would be good. 👍

The customer service we received was outstanding from staying to help us sort out paperwork for finance even after the shop shut to keeping us in the loop about our new car. Viewed a Mitsubishi Outlander phev on a Tuesday and by the Friday it was ready to collect and paperwork was all sorted. Was always greeted with warmth and not pushy for a sale. I would recommend these guys at thousand times over. Thank you so much! I have one happy husband
