Not a straight forward purchase as David kindly had the car delivered down to Portsmouth for onward delivery to me here in the Channel Islands. The Land Rover Discovery Sport was perfect and as described. David said I wouldn't be disappointed and I wasn't. Hassle free customer services and will happily recommend to others.

I contacted Shirlton after seeing a car on AutoTrader and organised a test drive. Car was sanitised beforehand, Steve came along for the ride and was very friendly. Upon making the decision to purchase the 'frenchie', I came back a few days later to complete the paperwork. Dave & Steve was brilliant with sourcing suitable finance and a price for my P/EX. There was no pushy sales techniques and not once did they attempt to offload unnecessary products. Despite waiting a while for pay-out (no fault of theirs) the transaction was completed. It was so simple, pain-free and seamless, I would definitely return again. The customer service is second to none and beats those popular dealership chains I've been to previously. I was told that I had 3 months warranty on the car and so far, have not had to use it. However, I know that if a problem arose I could contact them with no worries. Thank you so much Dave and Steve - the 'Frenchie' has been a lovely Xmas gift to myself & I'm confident in the car you've sold me. Hope to see you again in a few years :) PS. I love the fact they have car walk rounds on Youtube & they have a very active Facebook presence.

We are a bit of a distance away (Derby) from the Shirlton's but the write up, video and reviews put or minds at ease and we weren't disappointed when we went to look at the Hyundai Santa Fe. Everything was done very well with regards to Covid measures both in the office and in the car. The test drive was spot on and the car is everything that we hoped for. On the day of pick up I went over on the train and Steve picked me up from the station. A dash of humour is always welcome and Steve added that dash to make the whole experience a pleasurable one. We bought a stunning red slk, we did not even go for test drive we were that confident the car and service provided would be that good. We certainly were not dissapoined, especially as we had been to few garages across the country in search of this particular car. Purchase very straight forward and easy with straight talking and easy going David and Stephen. Can't fault their service and a team that do there job properly. Thank you David H loves the car.
