Brought a VW Passat 57 tdi car is mint and can not fault the service I received from all of them they have held the car for some time for me as I have had family trouble also when I picked car up they also said any problems with the car then to contact them will definitely be recommending them to friends and family may even use them when it comes to upgrade the wife's car thanks guys for all what you have done can not fault you big five stars
I bought a Mitsubishi colt and found it to be a very enjoyable experience. There was no pressure what so ever to buy a car, we we're left to view the car at our leisure. I was able to test drive the car with no problems, they even went out of their way to explain a few things as i have not driven an automatic before. Overall the whole team were very helpful and easy to talk to, even helping me to tax the car. I would definitely buy another car from here.

Overall everything with Shirlton cars went OK, there was a bit of messing around getting the car picked up, it was delayed by about a week whilst the car was being prepared so that could have been a bit quicker really. Other than that the car itself I have no complaints over, it's been running fine and I'm satisfied.

We bought a Mercedes e280 2008 from Shirlton Car Sales Ltd at a cost of £7,000 and was told it comes with two keys only for one key that was for this car. I rang and rang Shirlton Car Sales with no luck, we also have got loads of problems with the car and they (Dave) do no reply to us. I am now in the process of taking them to court.

Jeff Williams, the customer who nobody would want in a million years. There was two keys and one was without a battery, the car was brought back for a wheel bearing noise that your mechanic had diagnosed, we offered to fit one for you. It was not the wheel bearing but actually a tyre noise. You did not care to comment about the false diagnostic from your mechanic, however we replaced two tyres Free Of Charge. I am looking forward to your court action as judges do not suffer fools lightly. David at Shirlton.

Jeff Williams has since sent us a written apology (e.mail) for his wreckless remarks and we have shook hands. There was no fault with the vehicle as he has confirmed and we explained that remarks made in the heat of the moment (after a drink 10.30 p.m) will always have a reasonable response and valid explanation.
