Bought a 2010 Sedona in April 2019, bit of a delay in collection as they fitted new brakes all round and one had seized. There were acouple of niggly faults that were put right as quickly as they could (down to eBay shipping and the nature of the parts) and I wasn't always kept in the loop as I did have to chase up a few times. But I had calls returned promptly, I guess its a busy time for used car dealerships in present climate. I was a little annoyed after being told 'We don't buy from auctions we get them direct from dealerships in the North of England' to find when I called once that Dave was at an auction! Most used car dealers buy from auction, nothing to be ashamed of. All in a pleasant buying experience, everyone expects problems when buying used its how these issues are approached that makes a garage stand out and they went out of their way to get everything right. Thanks Davve and Steve and hopefully you'll be around when I need an upgrade!

I was greeted by Steve who presented with a no hassle sales approach, allowing time for my personal assessment of the cars on offer. The selection of competitively priced high spec cars made my ultimate purchase interesting and fun. Steve was approachable, friendly and informative about all the cars on the forecourt . The car I chose was serviced prior to my prompt collection the following day. This instilled further reassurance and was a representation of the integrity of both Steve and David as second hand car dealers. I have only had my car for one week.
