I booked the service on-line and it specifically indicated a drop-off time. I chose Shrewsbury Audi as your window started 8:30 with an estimated time to time of 1:30 for an oil service if you wanted to wait. Other Audi franchise had multiple windows including the afternoon but as I work for an American company (they are 8hrs behind us here in UK) this would not suit my working hours (midday to 22:00). Only the day before, I received your confirmation email was I made aware of their 'service sacking system with other preferential service times' meaning that my car may not be ready for collection until 17:00!!! Fortunately, on drop-off the service representative said they would try and move my service into the morning. This they manage to do but I still had to call the service department to chase at 11:30 to find this out... As a matter of course, I always check work any carried out (it's part of my job) and maintenance on my car is not exempt from this if I haven't carried out the work myself. It looked fine (no dribbles, everything replaced etc) however, when I dipped the oil, it's shows only 3/4 to the 'max' line. Before you ask - the engine is cool and the car parked on a perfectly horizontal hardstanding. Post servicing by a premium maintenance provider, I would expect the sump to be replenished to MAX line - as it was when it came out of Macclesfield Audi and has never lost/used a drop. And this was how it went into Shrewsbury Audi the same way (yes, I check it every week together with other fluids and tyres - hence their observation re front tyres was not news to me). As a degree qualified aerospace engineer of 40 years, currently employed by Boeing (the aircraft manufacturer) as maintenance engineer/instructor and post aircraft heavy maintenance pre flight inspections is the primary time to ensure everything is full - not just within limits - and would expect the same with my car! Emails have not been responded to - the official Audi Feedback has also not been responded to (over two weeks now and not even an acknowledgement) - very poor... Cut the glam and front of house frivolity rubbish and get on to do the job properly and completely. Very disappointed - Shrewsbury Audi will never see my TT again...

i had a gearbox oil change on my dsg 2012 a6 approx may 2023. i was told on collection that the box still wasnt right & they would need it back in for further inspection if i wasnt happy with it. it was worse for being there than before it went in. gearbox was very smooth on the road & changed gear as it should however there was like a clutch snatch on pulling off & worse for having oil change.. speculation from others is that it was likely to be an expensive fix .i decicded to sell the car with the fault for £3grand less than its market value 2 weeks ago.i have had a call off the new owner saying its fixed & was very simple at no cost to him. so heres where audi as ended up with me selling the car at 3k less than its worth. when it had the gearbox oil change the clutch adaption should have been reset. it was not done by audi after oil change. this has been done by new owner today & car is now perfect. i,m livid with audi shrewsbury about this , i would not of sold the car if they had done job right & currently using a blulky transit tipper to run around in because i cant find a replacement vehicle i like

My Audi Q2 had a service and MOT on 22nd June and despite two emails from me they've failed to send me a proper invoice and MOT certificate. I've just sent a third enquiry but am not hopeful they will respond. All I received on 22nd June was an email requesting payment of the total amount due and a copy of the service record.

As we are all seeing the planned Central Bank Digital currency and our potential loss of paper money. I have a stance on this and it will be my last service and use of Audi Shrewsbury as I do with any business who refuse cash payments. Wake up Audi and grow some morals for the people! Claire Hughes in the service department was wonderful though.

Thank you Adian and Ryan for for all your help and advice in the purchase of my new Audi A6 especially under these very difficult times . I highly recommend Shrewsbury Audi ,first class service to anyone thinking about purchasing Audi
Rude staff and very poor Technical Support, will never use Shrewsbury Audi again. Now using Chester Audi.

I thought that going to a premium brand would have given me a much better service, but after the initial sale, they have really neglected me. I've heard many similar stories since
