Went with my daughter and husband to see what was on offer in the Lexus Range. It was a very hot day, the Security guy whose name is Ayo came and spoke to me offering me his chair to sit on. He was so kind asking if I would like a drink of tea, coffee etc., Other staff who were in and out of the car park were equally as kind making conversation . Well done Lexus Sidcup

Made an appointment to visit Lexus Sidcup for 10am Friday 10.07.2017 Received by Alfie Walding exactly on time , Car was very well presented and test driver went well. Very professional service and relaxed with no pressure on sales. Very good experience Lexus Sidcup were spot on.

Excellent service. Was not sure whether to buy an RX or NX. I ended up buying an RX. Alfie was excellent in helping me look for the right car and delivering on all that he promised.

I was looking for a Lexus nx premier saw one advertised on auto trader and the Sidcup Lexus travelled to lexus Sidcup at 9.00 on a Sunday morning meet with two sales persons when I asked about the car they said it had none of the equipment I wanted it was advertised with full pan roof, mark levinson radio it had none of these then I spotted another nx nice car said I was interested they did not offer a test I had driven one before so wasn’t to worried. So purchased the car when got the car home found in the glove compartment the car had been in a accident I found the repair report and when looked more closely the repair was not that good They offered to repair the car but I felt if I spent over £30,000 on a car I did not want it to go straight into the repair shop.they did not tell me this had been in a front end accident disgusting Asked them to buy the car back which they finally agreed to do . In the mean time they did not offer a courtesy car for me to go and find another car Found one Lexus Gatwick great experience they offered me a car until Sidcup return my deposit it took them over a week to return my deposit And a further 4 weeks to return my car tax refund they are awful To add insult to injury when I phoned DVLA to see were my car tax refund was they said the V5 was still in Lexus Sidcup names so they didn’t even send the V5 off to DVLA if you are looking for a Lexus do not use Sidcup they are a joke.

Awful place, DO NOT go here for any reason. I paid for my friends car to get fixed here, £700 and 5 days later, she goes to pick it up and it breaks down in the middle of the road with her child in the car, she calls them and they tell her SHE needs to pay to have it towed back, and now they want to charge her more money because they didn't fix it right the first time. Disgusting. If they'll do that to a single mother, imagine what they'd do to you. You've been warned about Sidcup Lexus.
