DO NOT buy from these rogue traders! I was sold a dangerous vehicle which had a major brake failure due to fluid loss putting my family's lives in danger. Conman Dayrl Harris hadn't built the brakes properly and sold it to me with a FAKE MOT. It had multiple other faults too. He couldn't care less when I contacted him so I had to take him to court and won full damages. I also know for a fact someone else is in the process of taking him to court. This is how he does business, sells faulty, dangerous vehicles with fake MOTs. DO NOT trust Daryl Harris, DO NOT buy from him.

RUN.RUN.RUN in the opposite direction. We have learn't the hard way and are now having to consult a lawyer, go to small claims court and put a lien against the tipper. We are a very small company just starting out and were in need of a tipper for the business. We saw one on this company's website and were initially told it would require a £500 deposit and that the finance could be obtained by our company. We were then informed that the deposit had increased to £1300 which was payed to Daryl Harris. A letter was then sent to our company stipulating that this vehicle could not be obtained by the business but that it would need a personal guarantor. Because, there were so many variables coming in, we decided not to go through with the deal. It was then that the problems started. When we reached out to the company, we were informed, by his daughter, that our £1300 had been spent on putting a new windscreen and tire onto it in order to get it ready for delivery. There was no mention in the advertisement that these things were needed and deposits are not supposed to be used to get their trucks roadworthy. When we requested that the deposit be returned, Daryl kept making excused that it would be this day and that day and that he was finding it difficult getting the money together as the company was well into their overdraft. Not our problem. When I contacted him for the 5th time today, he again attempted to give me yet another day that he would pay it. This led to the conversation becoming heated in which he told me that we would never see our money and that I could threaten him with court, however, he was going to return it. What an absolutely dishonest company and man. Guess we will see you in court when we put a lien against the truck!
