*I would avoid using the cramlington branch as they bought this of silbury.,After serving my car, they have invalidated the rust warranty by not checking the Skoda online bodywork check box. Their website said car service include all warranty checks and the job sheet said they had done the car body checks. But they did not update the skoda website and Skoda are basically saying I have no rust warranty now because of this. Skoda are currently liaising with them to try and do the decent thing and pay for the tailgate rust to be fixed which they are refusing. Skoda say garage at fault, and will not budge.
I purchased a used car from Silbury Skoda recently. It developed a problem and this was sorted out extremely quickly and without fuss. Happy with my car now.

No complaints at all. My car buying experience with Silbury Skoda was quick and stress free. I have had my Skoda Fabia for 6 month now and so far I have had no issues with it at all. I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone.
