Needed a quality Van for my business and found this company on the net. I have never experienced customer service quite like this. This is the benchmark for customer service and attention to detail. Arguably the very best I have seen.
The Van I purchased was exactly as described. Mint, low mileage, and in excellent condition, with a full service history. I'm so glad that I chose an independent dealer to help me with my transportation needs.
I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone - absolutely delighted.

I have managed to book an appointment on an odd day of the year, Darrin had no issue with it, i really appreciate it.
All questions i had were answered, anything i did not understand was clearly explained. Had to sort out road tax and insurance, again, no problem for Darrin to help.
Car was in great condition as advertised, fair price for the mileage, clean and polished. No problem to take a car for a drive.
Should anyone ask me on where to buy a car or what dealer from - i can honestly say I would recommend Silver Birch.

First of all, Darrin the proprietor is brilliant and very informative.
He sorted my temporary insurance as my other car insurance didn't cover my new car. the deal he tailored for me included a fifteen-month warrantee with five-star cover. His aftercare support is second to none albeit I haven't used it yet, but I feel I can trust what Darrin has said about any issues with the warrantee. Darrin said he would help with any issues arising from the warrantee company. I would whole heartedly recommend Silver Birch Motor company to anyone looking for a good deal and a good service.

Car was exactly as advertised immaculate condition. It was worth the long drive there. Darrin was great very patient and helpful and not pushy at all. He went through everything and helped with all the paperwork. It didn't have a manual, but Darrin posted one to me. All in all a great experience. Would highly recommend using Silver Birch.

A warm welcome and a well prepared car. To then be let out in the car in an unaccompanied test drive was a first for me. Darrin took my car in part exchange and offered a top price, which was most unexpected. There's no pushy sales here, just a refreshing no nonsense approach to car buying. As to would I recommend Darrin and Silver Birch to friends or family? Most definitely.
