This was undoubtedly the best buying car experience I have ever had. I phoned up on a Sunday morning and I was given all the information I needed. I had to wait until my mechanic friend was free so they offered to bring the car to me for a test drive. The car was in perfect condition and everything was explained clearly to me so I felt completely at ease. I didn’t feel pressured and it was actually a very pleasant experience. I am normally very stressed when buying a car but not this time. I will encourage all of my friends and family to buy from Silver street cars as their company is nothing short of outstanding. I purchased a Mercedes C Class from Silver Street and I have to say it was the most pleasant transaction ever. Narendra was such a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. There was no pressure and he insisted we go for a very thorough test drive before I made my decision to buy as it was important to him that it was the right car for me. The car did decide to break an abs sensor after I purchased it but Narendra sorted it straight away without any argument. I literally cannot fault the service. I bought a car 3 months ago, apparently without problems until it was outside the garage and got the first heavy rain, there is infiltration where the water runs down to the front carpets. I contacted the Silver Street cars seller, he said it had been 3 months and he didn't want to fix the problem. It's been 3 days since the 3 months, and the infiltration was pre-existing, the car was covered in the garage, when I bought it it was summer, there was no rain, I really feel injured and deceived, because the problem already existed, it didn't happen overnight. It starts to rain inside, I don't recommend this car garage, also tonton control doesn't work. this man was dishonest with me, don't buy a car from him! 🤬

Today I traveled to Edgware to buy this car after a few conversations with Nehroo (apologies if spelt wrong). He had already agreed to match my offer which was the most I could afford but £250 less than asking price. I was a little troubled when I arrived to a private house on an estate and was worried I had made a mistake. I was greeted in a friendly manner and dealt with extremely professionally, All my questions were answered and he genuinely cares about his customers and his reputation. I had to drive the car a long distance to get back home which gave me a chance to check it over thoroughly. It was faultless and exceptionally presented. He takes pride in his work which shows in his cars. One thing this definitely proves to me is that you don’t need an impressive showroom to provide great service and cars.
