Really disappointed with the sales team at Mercedes Bridgend. I've had my Mercedes for 4 years and was ready for a change. I visited around February 2022 having made an appointment. When I arrived the sales person had no record of my appointment. He did see us despite the fact he had no idea what we were there for. During this visit he told me that they could not get me a new car by the end of August 2022. He did offer to buy my car but that was really all they could do for me. I understand that the current market is difficult to get new cars at the moment but at no point was I made to feel like they wanted me to continue as a customer. I was then contacted by Mercedes on 25th May about coming in to discuss options again. Despite my previous disastrous visit I decided to let Mercedes have another shot! We arrived 9.00a.m. for the appointment I had made and once again no record of the meeting. Two sales people sat at their desks with no body with them. One gentleman had said he would be with us in a moment (to the lady at reception) and he actually walked out of the dealership without even a word to us. What was the point! Why make bookings with customers if you don't want the business. I'm baffled and disappointed by the poor customer service at Mercedes, Bridgend. Having had a variety of car makes such as Ford, Mazda, Renault and Hyundai this has to be the worst customer care from a car dealership I have ever encountered. Really poor!

Ignore the poor reviews at your peril! Absolutely shocking and disgraceful service. I purchased a car remotely and had to wait 2 weeks as I was informed the car had to be mechanically perfect to meet Mercedes standards and the car came with a 2 year extended warranty. Small details about the sale were not as 'agreed' but I didn't expect a main Mercedes dealer to sell me a car in dangerous condition! As the car had just been MOT and gone through a multipoint check I have complete faith that everything would be ok. In fact the car was delivered with one tyre that should have been replaced as it was 7 years old and had signs of perishing, this was an original tyre (runflat) where's the other 3 were non runflat - this is not only damn right dangerous but also illegal. How did this pass all the so called checks? I was also sold the car as having a full Mercedes main dealer history and told it had just had a major 'B' service. On checking I could see the next service due was in fact a 'B' service. On pressing Sinclair to provide a copy of the service history the car had in fact missed 3 services. This meant the included warranty wasn't worth the paper it was wrote on and the car is worth a lot less money. Other issues included having the last owners personal details including address left in the car in the glovebox - after having all these multi point checks? I have received a full refund but have been left out of pocket paying admin fees to change my insurance, losing a month's worth of tax ect. On trying to raise a complaint I was informed I should have paid for the car to have been collected. Had I not have been so savvy on checking all this I would have been driving a dangerous non serviced car. You have seen the reviews and have been warned. I have tried to make them realise how serious these issues are but they are simply not interested.

Recently made an approved used purchase from Bridgend Mercedes and I have to say it was for me the best car purchase in my 35 years of driving. I felt that Liam from the initial email contact, personal car video to finally meeting in person was very professional. I wasn’t patronised / pressured or rushed in any way and felt very valued as a customer completely through the whole Mercedes car buying process. The handover with Susanna was top drawer also with no questions left un-answered and everything on the car explained. Everything for me was absolutely fantastic and felt very relaxed and pleased that I bought a car from Bridgend Mercedes!
My C180 automatic started to have engine/driver issues by cutting out cutting when overtaking, I contacted the service department and they picked the car up from my house and returned it within 8 hours, now that's service. I recently booked an MOT test and arrived at the garage early (a day early) I got the dates wrong, however I was fitted in between other car services. That's what I call professional service looking after the customer. Thank you service team at Sinclair Mercedes Benz.
I bought a MERCEDES-BENZ C220 from Sinclair Mercedes Bridgend in April. The service was good and thecar was a very good price, good value for money and I have had no issues with it up to now. Sophie was the same of the sales associate who dealt with me on the day and she was very helpful and friendly. I would certainly recommend her and this dealership they were great.
