Part ex a car, was really good and really happy at the time the staff were friendly and helpful until it came to a month after having the vehicle and everything started going wrong it wasn't serviced and the tracking was out, it was horrible! They look after you customer wise but after that they couldn't care
Overall I'm satisfied with how everything went, I was disappointed to be offered a low price for my part ex as I was told it would go to auction only to find it on their website shortly after for a high mark up, I found that a little dishonest but at the end of the day I've got a good car from them and I'm happy.

Everything went well with SJ Rayner Cars in Kidderminster when I purchased my Renault Clio. Both the service I received during the transaction was good and the car was spot on. The only thing SJ Rayner had to do was to change the manufacturer badge on the car as the previous owner had a plain black one added so they replaced this with a standard Renault one for me. Top marks from me
