I have just bought and sold a car through Vauxhall. Cieran Faithfull at Vauxhall provided an exceptional service, and was extremely helpful, friendly and supportive throughout. Also very patient, explaining things very clearly when I was a bit slow to take in some of the information! I was very impressed. This week we purchased a Grandland X from SLM Hastings. In 40 years of car buying it was the best car buying experience we have had. Cieran was very efficient, answered all queries thoroughly, had wonderful interpersonal skills. In these difficult times we felt safe in the showroom with all necessary steps taken for our safety. We will certainly return when we need to return and on top of all that our new car is awesome.
