"Don't trust this garage--useless "

When my car got a single sign of SAFE CP on, we were asked to bring in three times, but the sign appeared again and again after few days of being told `it's sorted' and taken back with payment. They cannot identity the fault but wrongly pointed out this or that to change and then charged me more than a thousand pounds in total. Everybody knows this case said that this is rubbery garage and we should get my payment refunded. But they refused to refund and suggested me to bring car back again without an end. People always advised me: Don't Trust this Slough Audi.

Laurance Mills & Joshua Fernandes are an absolute credit to your team at Slough Audi. I’ve just collected another new car from the team after being a returning customer for 11 years and again was very happy with the 5 start experience I received. Joshua was extremely professional and very knowledgeable with the products and ensured my requirements & requests were met. I was extremely happy with the friendly service I received. Laurance has been extremely helpful with meeting my needs for the last 11 years and it’s been a pleasure doing business with him. Both members of staff went above and beyond expectations again to ensure a loyal customer of Slough Audi was looked after. I look forward to dealing again with Laurance & Joshua and will again be sending all business for more cars for family and friends through the team to ensure they are looked after with the 5 star service I received.

I didn't think it would be possible for this to happen but I ordered my Q4 e tron in February and paid a £2000 deposit. In summer I got a call from the sales rep that everything was all on track for an end of 2022 delivery. In October when I called up to get a delivery date, I was told my car was never ordered! How it can be possible to take my money and not place the order is beyond me. Then with all that done, I was told I could either: (a) put a new order in and wait another 12 months, (b) order a different spec Q4 with a different body shape that could be available in 6 months, or (c) have my money back. There was no effort to actually make up for their mistake. I asked what else they could do and all I was told was it would be escalated to the manager. Needless to say I never heard anything back. Fortunately, Tesla were all too happy to help and reckon I’ll have a car I actually want by February.

Brand new Audi, engine light comes on so I take it to Slough Audi. They couldn't find any faults. Engine light comes on again, back to Slough Audi, no faults found again. lots of phone calls and emails to Sytner head office and my car goes in to Slough Audi again. This time a faulty sensor was found and replaced. No one knew why they couldn't find it before. I had to take 3 days off work and waste my time going backwards and forwards between Sytner and Slough Audi. Not what you want when you have just bought a new car. The worst thing was the service manager was so condescending, I felt like I was being a nuisance. Totally different when you are buying the new car when they couldn't do enough to help!

Mixed feelings about the customer service here. The greeting and first contact was great, but sadly found that some of the staff talk down to you. Also witnessed member of sales staff putting inappropriate pressure on a couple to buy there and then when they clearly did not want to, then backed off and said ‘being pushy is not my style’. A lot of ego and greed bouncing around as you may expect, but it should not be made as obvious as it was. I found the whole experience to be lacking in genuine care and regard for the customer. Disappointing considering they could be leading the way as a main dealer.

I made contact with these guys as they had a Q5 I was interested in, I spoke with a guy who was polite and promised he would call me back as I had stated I was keen on the vehicle and wanted to do a deal !!! I'm still waiting for the call back, I find poor communication infuriating given the fact that communication is free and it would have taken him two minutes to tell me he had sold the car or that someone was interested. I wouldn't buy a packet of cigarettes of these guys now, steer clear IMO

I am writing this review to highlight the terrible experience we had with Slough Audi. We noticed the engine light was on and the car was misfiring, so we called our son who is a senior technician with 27 years’ experience, he did a diagnostic test on the vehicle which revealed that No.2 and No.3 cylinders were misfiring. As we wanted a Haldex service carried out by Audi for online service records we thought we would take it to Slough Audi and have both jobs done at the same time. We booked the car in and a whole day later Slough Audi sent us a quote advising that a repair was required, the ‘removal of spark plugs to check condition’ and then the removal of the injectors for inspection, possible cleaning and advice that the fuel tank should be drained, they said due to the possibility of low-quality fuel being used – we have receipts to prove that we always use Shell V-Power. Two days later my son contacted Slough Audi to discuss the report, and asked if they had checked the ignition coils, the next day they told him that one of the coils did need replacing and that they had been overlooked, in my son’s experience this is the first simple check that should have been done at the start. After 3 weeks and various telephone calls some with no response, they phoned to say it was ready for collection. When we collected it a service manager told us that there had been a smell of petrol, but the technician said it was down to residual fuel and the car was ready to take away. We paid the final bill of £2388.84. When we arrived home my son lifted the bonnet to the strong smell of petrol, on investigation he found petrol dripping from the high-pressure supply pipe to the fuel rail, he also found that the plug had been incorrectly routed and stretched over the low-pressure fuel rail and various cables were not secured. They sent a technician who tried to rectify the fault, this could not be done so the next day they had to send a recovery truck to take it back to the garage. My main concern is that if this had happened to someone without mechanical knowledge, they would have been driving it unaware of a serious fire hazard as we were while driving it home. I find it hard to believe how Audi can charge £185.00 an hour plus VAT for such bad workmanship. We contacted Audi UK, who in turn contacted Slough Audi as they are a franchise. A few days later the after-sales manager Michael phoned who made no apologies just saying that everyone makes mistakes and instead did not care in the least of the stress caused, in his words saying, ‘but is it fixed?’ - from my conversation with him I realised he had not even read our original email properly. After a lot of back and forth he offered us a free service which, in light of this experience, we obviously declined. We will never take our car there again.

Car broke down within warranty and took to this dealer. Told me there was nothing wrong with it even though it was shuddering and overheating. Four weeks later same thing happened and took back. Told me that as it was now out of warranty that it would not be covered. After being in the workshop for two weeks and going back and forth between Audi UK and this dealer, with both not taking responsibility, they finally agreed to pay half. I was not happy with this but required my car back for work. AVOID!

They have a new car manager who seems really weird. Older chap but socially inept. Doesn't do credibility of dealership any good. Love car though

I was very disappointed overall with the lack of service provided. After booking an appointment at 10:00, I was seated for almost half an hour, and the salesman didn't even bother to show up. I received no updates, or a check in, despite multiple members of staff passing by. After leaving, no call was made to check in, and no members of staff followed up. When you go to a showroom to make a purchase as large as a car, from a company that is supposed to offer a premium service, you really should see better. I'd recommend you don't deal with Slough. If their sales team are this off the ball, imagine what their service department must be like?
