Appalling service delivered by the Servicing department, in particular Michael. I brought in my car over 2 weeks ago for a Cambelt Change, Service and free MOT (as part of the Cambelt Change offer). At the time of the booking, I was told my car would qualify for the service plan but on completion of the work, Michael stated I had to pay for the service fully. On the way to the dealership, my power steering seized, therefore the vehicle failed its MOT. Michael called to let me know it had failed and if I wanted the power steering to be looked at. I agreed and was told shortly afterwards that there was a power steering sensor issue, which came up on the diagnostics computer. He told me that the sensor needs replacing and this should resolve the issue. The car thereafter was then put through the MOT again and passed because the power steering was repaired and working. However, I was then called and told that the power steering was still not working. This made me suspicious and I do not believe that the car was even put through the MOT. Audi Slough wanted to charge me £500 for the sensor, diagnostics and labour for an issue that was never resolved. I was assured that the sensor would fix the problem. I then had to contact Audi UK who were brilliant- they delivered excellent customer service and acted as a go-between. In the end, the customer relations manager at the dealership waived the cost of the part. I had no vehicle for 2 weeks to get this issue resolved and will never be returning. On top of this, when I received my car back, there was a puddle of water left on the floor of the rear driver's side. This was not there when I delivered the vehicle, therefore must have been by the dealership.

I purchased a very expensive RS model in March 2016 and after 1month the car developed a very annoying brake squeal. I tried to keep on top of it by regular weekly cleaning due to the build up of brake dust which then reacts with the discs which have a design fault as they are non directional. I contacted Audi Slough on multiple occasion for support with this matter, but they have denied the issue and offered me paste or weights to counter the brake squeal. There is a known fault, but there is a solution to replace the discs and pads with an alternate version. Slough refuse to do this and after much back and forth I was forced to sell the car after just 7 months of ownership. Service and attention are terrible from this dealer - I would steer well clear. My previous car was a BMW and I had very good service from them.... I
