Returned to SM Cars for MOT. Decided to go ahead with advisories and was booked in and ready to go again within 24 hours with a courtesy message to tell me the car was ready. Very reasonably priced too. Will use again

Having spent over 8 years visiting this dealer regularly delivering car parts, it seemed a reasonable place to go when I recently needed a cheap car. WHAT A MISTAKE!!! They kindly delivered my car without making any attempt to say they were here, could have been dropped off by low loader for all I knew!?! The first time I came to use it, it would not start, this was 6.30am, so I was late to work. I contacted them at 9am the same morning, to basically be told "hard luck, not our responsibility" Please look at all possible reviews for this place before going anywhere near, and then STAY AWAY anyway

Phoned and put a deposit on a citroen dispatch van then after 4 weeks of lies I called and spoke to Scott who told me they were having a problem sourcing a part but they had foorund a second hand part which obviously means they're repairing vehicles with parts from scrapped vehicles, at that point I asked for my deposit back which after 3 days I had to ask my bank to take out an intervention order They then put the van back on sale £300 dearer

Jamie was without doubt THE nicest most helpful person. He literally took care of everything, even sorted my tax out. Won't go anywhere else now.

Great dealer, the cars are good quality, and the prices are fair. The guys were really quick to respond and did exactly what they said they would do within the deal.
