I contacted the team through their website about wishing to view and to test drive a Honda CR-Z that they had listed. Stefan replied to me right away with details and even recorded a personal video showing the features and condition of the car. When I went down to visit the next day I was briefly shown the vehicle before I was left to inspect it by myself and allowed to take it for a short drive, which I much appreciate as the car really spoke for itself. Happy with the vehicle I opted for a part exchange, which was a breeze, Stefan walked me through everything, I am very happy with my purchase and recommend going and having a look at what they have to offer.

From start to finish excellent customer service, Stefan was outstanding. Had a small issue when car was delivered however this was quickly resolved to our satisfaction - would definitely recommend using these guys, nothing is a problem. I went to view my new car by myself as my husband was at work, I was a bit nervous as never been alone before but Stefan and the team made me feel very relaxed and not pushy at all. I took as long as I needed to look at the car and test drive. They offered a great price for my part exchange which I was happy to go ahead with the purchase. When I got home there was a few little problems but I got straight back to Stefan and they’ve been sorted out straight away nothing has been a problem. I would definitely go back and recommend friends/family. Also shout out to the valeting guy who cleaned the vehicle up superb & even got the little bits that I pointed out - overall 10/10

I was really nervous about picking my first car and ‘getting it right’ but not only did SM Specialist Cars ensure I got the car I wanted, they went above and beyond to ensure the car was perfect for handover. Really recommend

Very great customer service. I emailed them about a Honda Jazz a couple days before I came down to see it and upon noticing that the MOT has ended they did a full new MOT and serviced it before I came down so it was fully ready and I was able to drive it away the same day! Very pleased as it is my first car. Thank you so much to Stefan and the team!!
