Bought a car here with significant issues and they refused to help. I then took the owners to court where I won and they still didnt pay out. They now trade under hashtag motors which I would also avoid.

This guy is terrible, he is rude, agressive and had to get the police involved as he was follwing me, his new company is called hashtag motors, he makes loads of businesses when his reviews get bad, do your research
DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE. The reviews you read are fake. Many of the cars are dangerous and absolutely NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. Be aware that the owner has previously dissolved 3 other vehicular companies. A CCJ has been issued against him for selling a dangerous vehicle already. He has no moral conscience, no care for your safety, and no problem completely ripping you off. BEWARE OF SMART MOTOR SOLUTIONS.
Brought a car everything seemed fine got on the way home started overheating and the battery was leaking acid so that wasn’t very good spoke to them asked for it to get fixed sent it to them they had the car for nearly a week and never even got it to the garage asked for refund and they just ignore u came with nee mot but the light on the front and back wasn’t working meant to have had new pads and disks but binding like mad

Cowboys business....buy cars at own risk.... bought a extended warranty for 200...wich i never received...his been on a holiday ever since... doesn't answer the phone...zero customer service... Dodgy MOT...and while i was there a woman bouth a nisan wich light up the dash afthe couple of miles drive...

Dangerous car from dodgy dealer....AVOID! Car developed problems no more than 1/4 mile from his car lot on day of purchase. I requested a refund to which he refused. Said he would fix the problem, 3 days later he claimed it was fixed. Low and behold It was not, with the car billowing black smoke from the exhaust and rear wheels grinding. Taken to an independent garage, who advised turbo was completely gone, and wheel bearings were almost seized solid in rear. Approached the dealer for a refund again, who has stopped answering calls and emails. Reported to trading standards as refusing to give refund and have commenced legal proceedings. Don’t be fooled by his cars having Full MOT, as he gets his mate from Mann Motors in Leicester to do them, and they are now being investigated by the DVSA for issuing MOT’s that are false. If the dealer had one ounce of integrity and admitted liability I would be prepared to give him a chance, but he is nothing short of a dodgy salesman. Check other reviews on the internet before buying. Avoid like the plague!
