Just had car serviced at Shenfield Motor Company. Really good and very honest
We appeared to have been sold a good car by a decent salesman at Shenfield Motor Company, and that illusion continued for a couple of months. It transpired that we were actually sold a car which within normal operating parameters would require £2,000 worth of life cycle maintenance, in addition to routine servicing. Some one who knew the vehicle could (if he had wanted to) have told us that. This garage didn't, and the first warning came when filings from a decaying flywheel destroyed the starter motor. The salesman now has no interest in us and is hiding behind planned replacements the cycled of which we could not possibly have known. Be careful and do your research- you will get very little information of use from these people.

Just picked up a lovely Range Rover Evoque from Shenfield Motor Company. The finance went through while I waited and was able to take delivery of the car the same day as promised. Great service from Joe and his team. Look forward to see them when the car is due it’s next service.
Just purchased a used car from shenfeild motors in Brentwood Essex and have to say that they provide you with a fantastic service and quality vehicle. The general manager Joe who I dealt with managed my changeover from my initial online enquiry to giving a great valuation on my trade in and for finalising the entire deal and getting me into my Fantastic New car.... Attention to detail was great, and if there is ever anything needing done these guys take care of it straight away and they demonstrated that already, totally honest and reliable service. Always reply to calls and emails and no hard sales pitch either, you choose at your pace and they manage the rest effortlessly. If you want to change your car/vehicle, I can certainly recommend Shenfeild Motor Company 100%. They have been Fantastic and I will be back when I look to change again too. I got my car a MG TF thay was very good an helpful on the phone and in person thay took there time with me and did all the checks i said i wanted done the car was as described A1 condition and she drive's like a dream thank you all at Sheffield motor company.

Not Very happy. I purchased a vehicle from here back in July and I am having ongoing issues with it. The gar may need a new gearbox and the belt keeps burning which is causing the bonnet to smoke. The guys at the dealership are actually very nice but based on the issues that I am having and the length of time its taking for them to be resolved I would not recommend them.

I bought a Ford KA from Shenfield Motor Company a few months back. The car was in exceptional condition and the service was top notch. Everything went really well. There was a very small fault with the car but the dealership were happy to sort it straight away, I would certainly recommend them.
