Booked a service and MOT with them over the Ford official website. Got confirmation emails with timing and all. When i got there (10 minutes earlier than my appointment time) they insisted that I was booked in for 1,5 hour later. The service booked was an "express" service meaning i would wait there and while the job was done. Even when I showed them the confirmation email with the time they did not even bother apologising, but insisted that it was my mistake, or the system or i dont know what. They supposedly "squeezed" me in and checked the car in 10 minutes later, but had me waiting for 3 hours and 20 minutes(was supposed to be an "express" service ). When I asked about the progress again they insisted that my appointment was later and i had come early. Absolute disappointment. Would not even go near them again.

My car has been booked for a service for over two weeks with a courtesy car. Late yesterday I picked up a message that the courtesy car was not available and the appointment was rebooked for 10am with me having to wait which I cannot do. I am really not happy and have tried to call today and your service number is not working as there is no message or any sound at all. I will book the service elsewhere now

Bought 3 Brand new Vehicles (2 Transit Customs & 1 Ford Ranger Raptor 2024 model) Spent (£140k in 1 week with them) . Had issues on the Ranger; sat there for 5 weeks & still wasn’t resolved, got told it can take as long as it does which isn’t fair when you buy a brand new £57,000 vehicle. In the end I took the vehicle back which still has numerous problems that they ‘couldn’t’ fix due to lack of knowledge on the vehicle as apprently it’s too new!! I have fleet of 12 Ford Commercial vehicles & this is the worst dealership I’ve dealt with. I dealt with Matt Lawton & Chris Scott; both will different when selling a vehicle to you but after sales; they aren’t interested. AVOID!!!

I was sold a car by SMC to discover that it has a common defect with the engine. Reported this to SMC as a complaint over being sold a potentially dangerous car. Very dismissive attitude on the phone, spoke to me like I was an idiot. They will also not help me by buying the car back, will never use again. No wonder there was a woman screaming at their staff when I went in to collect my vehicle at purchase. Also, car was filthly when I got it home, food and dog hair everywhere, I found part of a sausage roll in the handbrake fabric which was just gross
Over many years I have built a good relationship with Gordon at the Erith branch and the service received has always been brilliant. However, distance and convenience means that I have to use Northfleet for any issues including service. Over time I have let the rudeness from this one particular woman go, however yesterday was the final straw. The rudeness, lack of customer care and sheer dismissive behaviour from her is unacceptable. I will no longer bring my vehicles to have work done, nor will I recommend a place that allows their front of house staff to talk and act in such a rude manner to paying customers. If it meant I could only deal with this branch I would change brand!

Honestly, avoid this garage by all means, go anywhere else. I'm really surprised Ford is in cooperation with this people. I regret I've decided leave my car with them....too long story to share it here.....

Be warned stay well clear of this car because it is not cheap to run when you buy the dealer does not tell you you have to put diesel in an AdBlue it works out at about 19 pounds a gallon of fuel it's ridiculous stay clear you've been warned
I highly rate Jack Eastern at SMC Gravesend as a salesman. Very professional and helpful. Had exceptional patience as we had a few hiccups along the way (of our own making) Nothing was to much trouble.

Poor customer service in service department. Kept car for over 11 hours and still not ready. When asked why SMC Gravesend didn't care, they said they don't really need my business.
