Really good experience with SMC, They were really helpful. I purchased a Ford Focus in April. Nothing wrong with it except for a small split in the side wall on one tyre which the guys took one look at and said "no problem" and sorted it straight away. I Have nothing bad to say about this dealership, I would certainly recommend them.

Car purchased on line for nearly £22,000 from SMC Gravesend. Only told one key available as car was being delivered to my house and no manuals / books either. Car was being shared, so one key created real difficulties as car is left at station for partner to pick up. Costing £8 per day in extra train fares. Numerous complaints sent to different sales staff and sales manager. I had to get quote to have a new key cut (£200), and leave with Ford for the morning to do and try to claim the money back. After nearly 3 weeks of still trying to sort, asked for £100 compensation which I think is more than fair for all the hassle, time and expense. They FLATLY refused. Today I received an envelope, torn open with an empty Ford folder in it (!!). Service from these guys leaves a lot to be desired !!!! Would NOT recommend SMC.

The guys at SMC were all top notch, the sale was as easy as you like and the car is a cracker. I even got a cup of tea whilst I had a browse.
