Purdeep Sadhra was excellent in the way he treated both myself and my wife. Excellent customer service and great knowledge of cars. Always keeping us informed at each stage . Could I also thank. Matthew Gill for listening to what we required. Again great customer service. I would like to mention Sanna as well who made sure I could sign the forms prior to registration of the new vehicle. Also Zach Sumner Especially the year we are going through in this pandemic year. Thank you also Zach we use to deal with Luke prior to SMC slough. A big thank you once again for an outstanding customer service. We love the Ford Puma. Purdeep is also a video star when he sent a video of the inside of the vehicle. After an 8 hour round trip to SMC Slough to get an appraisal for my motor home to px against ford galaxy (which George' assured me they were interested in) I still didn't get one. Even after Ian the manager took over the deal I still await a response to my many calls & email. Shame on you SMC Slough. Avoid at all costs. N Gardiner. Swansea.
