We had no problems with Smethwick Car Sales, rill 4x4 tows like a dream. Had no probs, guys was great, ill use them again.
Brought a car from Smethwick Car Sales, within a month had electrical problems, was advised to take car back to get repaired (Over 60 miles) her did not meet me, sent a colleague who had been made redundant to take me to the garage who where not aware the car was going in, they could not resolve and he did not advise, told me to call him after 7pm and then said I was rude and it is not covered under warranty and he will see me in court. STAY AWAY FROM SMETHWICK CAR SALES.

I also had same problem with him, pay him £200 for one year warranty when I brought a car from him in 2015 December. He did not pay for the warranty, while the car I bought was faulty which could have been covered had he pay for the warranty. Now case in court and has failed to show up in court. Please avoid him. Even trading standard knows him very well.
Sold me car with power steering pump leak and questionable service history. Told me to come in thursday to fix problem when arrived after driving 24 miles told me I missed my appointment and kicked me out premises. Very rude and unhelpful. Will never buy from Smethwick Car Sales again. Be warned.
Awful. Purchased a car. Seemed ok day 1 but when drove the next day had numerous leaks and then steering issues started to develop. The 3 month warranty counted for nothing and the boss Steve was just aggressive. Awful. Should never be allowed to trade.
I purchased a car from these guys which I found at first to be of good value until I drove it away and the EML came on numerous times. After contacting them & doing as they requested by taking it to their dedicated car repairer all they kept saying was they could not find any issues & didn't know why the EML kept appearing. They basically kept fobbing me off whilst the warranty of 3 months was dwindling away. As a condition of the sale I said I wanted a full service which they agreed to but I've recently found out wasn't done, all they had gone was topped up the screen wash, I've had the car 4 months & I have had to put 2 litres of oil in because it was bone dry and the service light has just appeared so a service clearly wasn't done as promised. I've never met the owner in person because he is never available, again a time wasting manoeuvre. I WARN YOU NOW STAY AWAY FROM THESE SMETHWICK CAR SALES.
Good friendly car sales and service. Quality cars at very good value for money prices. Will be getting my next car from here .
