When my car search started on AutoTrader, I saw a lot of cars advertised online with little descriptions and photoshopped pictures of the cars, which did not fill me with great confidence, but then I came across Smith & Clarks and their adverts had great descriptions being incredibly detailed and photographs of all angles of the car. This was so reassuring, as I was confident there would be no horrid surprises coming my way. I can happily announce that there was not one thing that I hadn't already been made aware of, which was a shock to me - a good one of course. Iain who was helping me in the whole process was great, really helpful, friendly, made the whole process seamless! When the time comes for an upgrade there will be no doubt in my mind to head over to see him and the team at Smith & Clarks again.

My Mazda drives like a dream, and I could not be happier. in fact I love it! Iain, the salesperson, was not just helpful but went the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. His assistance did not stop at the dealership; he even accompanied me to the post office to sort out my tax, a gesture that speaks volumes about his genuine care for customers. I noticed that the steering wheel on the car had significant wear and tear. When I brought this to Iain's attention, he immediately acknowledged that this detail was missed in the advertisement. Without hesitation, he offered a discount on the car to make up for it. This act of integrity further solidified my happiness with the entire process. I was considering another Audi, a Japanese import, but Iain’s keen eye and expertise came to the rescue. He conducted a registration check and informed me that the car had only recently been imported. What impressed me further was Iain’s knowledge about the subtle differences in the alloy wheel styles of different model years. My Q5, a genuine 2012 model, has five spokes and a distinctive black flash. In contrast, the imported model had 4-spoke alloy wheels, making it more like the 2009 model. I am so glad to have bought my Audi from Iain because the mileage and price of both Audi's were very similar. The level of service and expertise I provided was second to none. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new car to check out this dealer.
