Purchased a 2003 motor from Smith Farm Autos and soon found out it had a major fault with the transmission. Smith Farms were unhelpful and it took lots of time and effort to get them to fix the issue. In the process they tried to blame me, deny there was a major fault and I had to endure months without my car whilst their poor excuse of a mechanic slowly fixed the issue. They refused to give me back my money when I asked so was stuck waiting it out. Please avoid this car dealer like the plague. They are awful.

well,we dont appreciate your fake review at all ,you bought a 15 years old vehicle ,and the price was very fair for the condition, you had an issue which we rectify the problem for you ,the mechanic was busy and parts need to be ordered but at the end we fixed the car and we offered you a replacement as-well .Again we dont appreciate your false review .

Very good and stress free experience with our 1st car purchase from Smith Farm Autos. If you are looking for a friendly and helpful sales advisor then ask for Sam. He was very professional and did not push us at all at any point of the process. test drive and new Mot warranty ... It was only due to his 5* customer service that we end up buying the car here. Sam kept us informed about all the progress throughout and he deliver my Polo same evening and even he followup my queries.

Just bought my second car from this dealer , I was very satisfied with the full package I Have been offered , 5 x days drive away and 1 year AA breakdown along with 6 month warranty .to be honest I strongly recommend them as a trusty dealer , the finance was very smooth and the rate was better than I expected .

Never buy a car from these people. Failed to repair a car which was refused an mot a month after buying it. Returned the car but they haven't refunded purchase price and told credit card company that we'd sold it to a third party even though they still had the car! Intentionally put the wrong mileage on the contract so that it looked like we'd driven 600 miles on day one. Threatened to leave the car on the street and deny it had been returned to them. Wouldn't agree engine and exhaust needed repair even though independent garage said so. Transacted funds through a different company name HD Autos instead of Smith Farm Autos Ltd without explaining why. Never ever buy a car from these people.

Mr A T !!1 you brought the vehicle back to us because it was refused Mot and i agree totally ,we changed for you the Breather valve was blocked ,this is why the vehilce was smokey a bit ,and you asked us to do couple of extra things outside the warranty which we did ,and we Mot the car for you ,than you decided to return the vehicle suddenly after putting up to 900 miles on it !!! we rectify the fault and we communicate with you ,than suddenly you dispute the payment with the credit card company ,after investigations and the proof of documents we supplied to credit card company ,we won the case because we were right ,honest and straight forward ,than you dispute the payment again and again we won the case ,its unfair what you wrote ,but our positive reviews will explained who we are .
