Went to pay and collect car after a very small job, basically my keys held to random as I wanted to pay in cash I am older and disabled and was left standing waiting for a 'solution' I was considering an upgrade but was treated so badly I couldn't get out quickly enough! It is also totally illegal to refuse cash for a service/ debt Never again

After sales are shocking, they take your money quick enough but when there is a problem they don't seem bothered and take ages to rectify it.
My car was taken here by the RAC. They were unable to fix it and it had to be transported to Southampton. The guy in Southampton said that the fault could of been diagnosed by an apprentice! Basically they didn’t give a s*** about me or my car. Don’t use them.
They clearly care very much about giving good customer service and made the whole experience very easy and pleasurable. Thank you!

Took my car to Snows BMW Isle of Wight for an mot 23rd December, it passed, but with a couple of advisorys . My rear indicator lenses were discoloured pins and bushes on rear suspension had play , bu not excessive and scored front discs . On 17th January it had an oil and brake fluid service and was almost charged a lot more than quoted, but in fairness, the young lady did sort it . I was also handed a quote for almost £ 500 for a vibration sensor which was picked up as part of a service check . After I left I went to have a puncture repaired, they checked the rest of the tyres and found a large bulge in one. I got them to check the suspension, they found nothing, but oil dripping from under the engine ! After that I arranged to have the car looked at by another garage . The discs are scored, but they found nothing other than the coloured bulbs had faded they checked the vibration damper and found nothing , but what they did find was the water pump is shot and very noisy, proved by removing the belt and turning by hand , they also pointed out that the oil leak !? had now spread over the under tray . The water pump was so bad I've been advised not to drive it until fixed . I trusted Snows because I value my car, but if the water pump failed, it could have been very expensive. Two questions, the car was run, how could you miss the noise from the pump, an why was the engine bay left covered in oil, spilt or leaking ? You will see the car again , but only to explain.
I purchased a BMW from here back in August and I will never but a car from here again. The service has been terrible and I have had issues with the car which have been a pain to get resolved. Some of the staff are pretty rude. I would not recommend this dealership.
