Efficient friendly service from start to finish nothing seemed to much trouble

I recently bought a new car (my second) from this garage and have got to say the staff are great!! They go the extra mile to provide an amazing service. Duncan spent quality time with me explaining the various functions of the car after I admitted I was usually too lazy to read the manual! Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend this garage and Duncan enough.

Nothing changes always a lovely welcome from Stacey and always has everything ready so never have to wait around. Nice range of curtesy cars. Not the cheapest ones unlike some manufacturers. Kia stonic gt line very nice. Had video of car being checked over. And a call from Stacey when it was ready to collect. Car always gets cleaned properly. And all paperwork ready on collection. We have recently taken delivery of a Kia Stonic, which has been a delightful experience from start to finish,thanks mainly to Jake Tarrant at Kia Snows Newbury. He was extremely helpful and informative and very patient with two non techies ,who are a bit slow on the uptake. He took us through all that we needed to know and any promises he made on delivery and finance were spot on. We are still trying to cope with all the "standard" extras,like the large screen sat nav,the heated seats and steering wheel,the sensors back and front with cameras and I'm sure lots of others we are yet to discover.

I had a hybrid problem on my 2 month old Kia Niro. They politely booked my car in and had it for the day before telling me they didn't have a technician trained to fix it. I then had to take it to another dealer. Complete waste of my time.
