Great team in the workshop at Snows Motor Group Basingstoke, but they were let down by a terrible manager named Andy.

This Kia dealership (Snows Motor Group in Basingstoke) had my Sorento XT in for a diagnostic check 2016 to find what was causing the noise coming from underneath the vehicle, they could not find what was the problem, even though they had it for more than 6 hours in total, at a cost of over £300.00. I was told to drive it until it got worse of breaks, I told them that was not acceptable, but had no choice, guess what it did get worse when I was driving to Wales, to cut out all the history, I took my Sorento to a local garage on the Isle of Wight who found that the front drive shaft had seized and had damaged the transfer box, which had to be replaced as well, it total Kia of Basingstoke cost me over £3000.00. I complained to them and the Ombudsman, but both didn't want to know about my complaint. If a Kia dealership can't find what's wrong with your vehicle, what's the point of using a specialist garage who are there to represent a manufacturer and their high hourly rates.
