We have not bought a car for several years and found Alan Clark to be very friendly and helpful person on both the test drive and when picking up the the car. He gave us a lot of time and we never felt under any pressure. Excellent service all round.

I traded my RAV 4 in last week for a newer DEMO RAV 4 , really pleased with it and the salesman David Martin was so helpful as he always has been since I have been going there the last 5 yrs .Nothing is too much trouble for him.Always welcomes you with a smile and a coffee.

Wife and I visited today hoping to begin negotiations for a new Auris.'No-one welcomed us so I made and enquiry with a monosyllabic gentleman and was told abruptly that they don't make them any more. Perhaps the alternatives would have been interesting to hear about so shouted ,'Thank you' to the young man who perhaps was having a bad day and took our custom elsewhere.

My 3 year Toyota chr has developed an issue with the boot closing and rust in two spots along the top edge. I've for the to be addressed via the warranty and Snows Toyota Hointon have said it a manufacturer fault, unbelievable.

Car booked for service and M,O T at Snows Toyota in Honiton at 8.00am. Car taken for servicing on time and all relevant paperwork done. All staff helpful and pleasant asking if any concerns with vehicle which were noted. Car completed by the time given and cleaned. Thank you everyone at the dealership. First class service well done. Toyota Hointon have no concept of time or other commitments a customer might have. Agreed to pick up my garden tractor 10 from Toyota Hointon, am still hadn't at 12:45. No apology - didn't seem to care. When I called at 12:45 (2nd time) said would ring me back. I said would have to call me back within 10 mins or I would cancel. He just said "might as well do that then" and put phone down.
