Couldn't ask for any more from Bob and the team at SON Prestige, a fine example of a C43 was listed with a great price, good specification and just what i was looking for, Bob was more than happy to send myself videos and pictures of the car from every angle to make sure i was happy. 4 days after enquiring the car was delivered to my house at a convenient time for myself around my working day and they took my old car away (a good PC price was given also) I highly recommend this dealership.
Having looked for some time to find the VW I was after I found the exact one at son prestige. I actually found it late in the evening and sent a enquiry right away, and to my amazement I got a reply approximately 10pm. From that moment Bob was outstanding in his correspondence and his non pushy non usual salesman pitch. We agreed a deal over the course of a few days and I travelled down from the north east of Scotland. Bob arranged to meet me out of hours on a Sunday and I must say his knowledge and attention to detail for customer service is 2nd to none!! I would highly recommend and will definitely be checking his future stock as what he deals with are hand picked excellent examples. May I add his premises are immaculate, testament to the business he operates.

A really fantastic and enjoyable experience dealing with Gentleman Bob and charismatic Lance. I traveled from Ireland to buy a car for my wife, and not only was the car as described but actually better and immaculately presented, I can honestly say that other dealerships have lost what Bob and Lance have, decency honesty customer service and above all, understanding of their customers and their needs. Will I be back, ? absolutely, as soon as I get money to buy the gorgeous Bentley I fell in love with! If you are buying a car and it’s not available in Sonprestige, call them and ask them to source it for you, it will be the best move you ever made.

Over the years I have bought many cars from garages all over this country. This was a totally new experience the openness and honesty was refreshing, nothing was to much trouble and I felt that I was given all the time I need to check the car out throughly. Lance and Bob are very experienced motor traders, who I believe on sell genuine, "no hidden history", cars . I have no hesitation in recommending SON Prestige to anyone who is changing their car.

All that can be said is Son Prestige made buying a car so easy, a professional and courteous service from start to finish. Would recommend this garage to anybody and will definitely be buying off them again in the future. Nothing was too much trouble and both salesman made me drive away feeling really happy with the whole service which is what you want when spending so much money. Thanks guys

As a lady on her own, looking for a new car is a somewhat daunting experience. I saw a a few cars on autotrader that I like and whittled it down to 3 dealers. The first car I went to see was at Son Prestige in Nottingham city centre. All the cars were indoors, helpful as it was raining. I'd already spoken to a the salesman on the phone who was very helpful and gave me a description of history and condition of the car in order for me to decide which were the right ones to view. His description was perfect. The car was stunning. I was taken for a test drive etc etc.. all standard stuff I imagine. When I got back from the test drive I did explain to the salesman I liked the car but had 2 others to view. Instead of trying to sell me the car he actually advised me to go and view the others and if "there was a better car then that was the right car for me and meant to be"!I couldn't believe it to be honest it was such a genuine and honest approach, refreshing! Off i went and 5 hours later found myself after a very long day calling son prestige and placing a deposit on the car I had viewed 5 hours earlier! Collected the car last week and I want to say a huge thank you for making it a truly stress free purchase. I felt extremely comfortable from start to finish and compared to the other dealers I visited you truly exceeded. A truly likeable and decent bunch of chaps. The car is lovely, just need some decent weather now ;-) I will be recommending you to everyone I know, see you again I'm sure
Exchanged an immaculate Porsche 911 cabriolet for an equally immaculate Jaguar XKR a few months ago and these guys were brilliant! Very easy to deal with and fair in their approach. Buying in Nottingham while living in Brighton might be considered slightly risky but has been no problem. Driving the Jaguar home it became apparent that there was a problem with the aircon. I rang Bob and without hesitation he told me to get it fixed locally and get my garage to send them the bill. Absolutely no quibble and very reassuring. I absolutely love the Jaguar and would recommend these guys wholeheartedly.

I purchased a car in January of this year (2017) from SON Prestige which cost £6995. Around 6-7 weeks after purchase the car became faulty and the engine was extremely loud. I contacted the dealership numerous times, including phone, email, face to face and letter. I have had no response what so ever from anyone from the dealership regarding my issue with the car. They stated to me that the car had 6 months warranty but when they then changed their mind when the car became faulty such a short time after purchase. I have to pay another £2000 to fix the problem. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. THE WORST CAR DEALERSHIP IN NOTTINGHAM AND SURROUNDING AREAS!!!!! VERY VERY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!

Hello sir. I appreciate your frustration and that you felt it necessary to take it out on us by leaving a poor review. Unfortunately this is something we have to deal with in today's day and age, and when customers are unhappy they will do what they can to harm us. I fortunately share this online platform to put my point across so that anyone taking the time to read this response can make an informed decision based on both sides of the story. Dear customer, as you are aware, you purchased an 8 year old Honda Civic type r. When you purchase the car you were taken on a very Lengthy test drive, on which, by your own admission also, you asked to be able to 'redline the car'. The salesman of course said yes and you did not once or twice but three times. Extremely happy with the car upon returning from the test drive and after lengthy inspections when you were left alone with the keys and free to start the car etc you went ahead and purchased the car. At the time of purchase you were offered to purchase, as are all of our cars, a warranty. You declined. This was written on the invoice. However, you were made aware of our obligation as dealers to comply with the consumers right act. This stipulates any vehicle sold by us can be returned within 6 months for repair to a fault clearly proven to have been present at point of sale. You had the car for over 2 months and put some considerable mileage on. You then called us and said you had a noise from the engine. We asked you to return the car to us for a diagnosis. It was deemed the car had an internal engine fault most probably caused by aggressive use when cold. It was also deemed this was not a fault that would have been present when you purchased the vehicle as the pre delivery inspection also proved. You were then asked to collect your vehicle and we agreed as a good will gesture to continue 35% towards your repair, again, as a gesture of goodwill. You declined and we didn't hear from you again until this review. I'm sorry that the car developed a fault a few months into your ownership, I assumed I had gone above and beyond what most dealers would have done, clearly in your case it wasn't enough. Please fee free to come and see us and we will Discuss if and how we can help again.
I have to say I don't usually leave reviews on purchases but felt I wanted to share my experience. From start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with Bob. I am over the moon with my Range Rover Vogue, the car was presented immaculately with all the relevant paperwork to hand. My test drive was simple, stress free and Bob was full of detailed facts and figures regarding the car which made me want to purchase it even more!! Once again thank you too all the guys at Son Prestige. I have dealt with many dealerships in my time and can truly say this buying experience was even more enjoyable simply due to the personal touch. If the car looks right from these guys, go and have a look... I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Thank you again guys.
I contacted Bob on the Friday of a Bank Holiday weekend, the email communications were excellent and I even ended up buying the car from him on Bank Holiday Monday when they were due to be closed. He's a very friendly, knowledgable and fair man so a pleasure to do business with. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending SON Prestige. They also have some amazing cars!!!
