I purchased a good car from SON Prestige, a few issues trying to get my warranty i paid for but got there eventually.

Where to start... I seen the car I wanted on Auto Trader and sent an email to them. I had received an email back shortly after ( I wasn't waiting days like some others) Bob invited me down to view the car no hassle. When I arrived the place was immaculate and clean. There was a chap at the front cleaning all the cars and he does an amazing job all the cars here were gleaming! I then met Lance who came out to me and shown me where the car was and had the keys ready for me to take a look hassle free. He left me to ponder around it and answered any questions I had on the car. Took the car out for a test drive and it drove like a dream, Lance talked me through the roads as I'm not from the area and it was a smooth ride. Back at the dealership we talked business and I traded in my old car towards the new one I purchased. Bob was fair on the price he gave me and it took just over 20 minutes to sort out the paperwork. They even helped me set up my direct debit for the car tax whilst I was there which was great of them. I can't say enough good things about this place, if you see a car you like on their website go and have a look you won't be disappointed! They are well looked after and very good cars. Even if you don't see one on there that you want give them a call and they will look for one for you! Thanks Bob and Lance

I have been very impressed with these guys. I am not really someone who has detailed understanding of cars but these guys were brilliant. The car they sold me was exactly what i ordered as i had a long drive from Surrey to Nottingham. The car was immaculate and post sale ive been able to call them and ask questions about the car..and they have been great. Peace of mind for me is everything when spending a large amount of money on a high end sports car and i would recommend this firm to anyone.

Hi have bought 3 cars now from son prestige over the years and they have all been fantastic! The service and advice was top notch and the process stress free and easy. Old car p/x'd in and new car collected every time. I don't even view cars anymore, I just let them know what I'm looking for and they have found me something that suits every time. Extended warranty is good value, I have had to use only twice in five years but it's been covered both times. I love my jag, thank you Bob, Lance and Andrew.

I purchased my first car off Bob nearly five years ago. At the time he traded from the grounds of his home on the outskirts of Nottingham. "A one man band" I remember him saying.. "Valeting, buying, selling, all done by me sir" and moaning about doing the paperwork (I'm an accountant)! I said then I would be back and I was true to my word. Visiting the showroom in Nottingham city centre.. I knew five years ago he would build one hell of a business. Bob, thank you for the car you supplied me all that time ago, it brought my family and I many happy memories. Thank you also for just supplying me my dream car, it was a pleasure from start to finish. I will be back in another five years!! Thank you all again. I would just like to say, I bought a car from Bob last year a Porsche Cayman it was just as he described ,it was very clean, very reliable the service was second to non we had a private plate on our car that we part exchanged and we did have some trouble changing it over but it was down to us the seller not Bob the buyer I have now sold the car and had a new one but would go and buy again off son prestige again if they had a car that I wanted

I had my M5 personally delivered today from Son Prestige. Bob and Lance have been very efficient and reassuring in my part exchange and car purchase. It's always a worry parting with so much money, but I have to say, they were excellent. I wouldn't hesitate in using son prestige again or recommending them to my friends. Now on my third car from Son Prestige. They really go the extra mile and even arranged for privacy glass to be professionally installed to my vehicle before I picked it up.
