Nice friendly family run car sales . Got a good part exchange price for my car too. They were Quick to respond to my inquiry. car description was spot on. they even mot'd it ready for pick up as I was driving 55 miles. All staff were happy and welcoming. I would recommend South & West Motors.
Bought a vehicle today from South & West Motors and couldn’t have asked for better service. Part exchanged my car for a new one and it was all done very smoothly. Bought a Honda that’s in very good condition and exactly as described.
I went to South and Wet Motors as my dad has also brought a car from them in the past! They were super helpful and friendly, helping me and advising me all the way through my purchase, and the car looked the way that it was described on their website. Would absolutely recommend them, and would go back and use their dealership again. As well as this they offered to refund me work that needed to be done, up to 100 pounds as I wanted to take the car away with me on the day of purchase! Lush service and friendly faces!
South and West Motors are pleasant people UNTIL you have a problem within 48 hours of purchase which is a SAFETY issue and are unwilling to help very rude spoke over me continually and described us as hard to sell to ! Obviously looking at a car and purchasing within 1 hour is unacceptable???? Rude.

Dear Sally We are sorry to hear that you are so unhappy with our service. We received a phone call from you 2 days following purchase advising that you had the car checked and that there were a range of issues with the vehicle. After determining that all were defects due to fair wear and tear on a car of 10 years of age and purchased for £2400 (with £100 discount given), you were dissatisfied that we would not agree to pay for the cost of changing the brake discs. We advised that although following a fresh 12 months MOT test, the vehicle had new brake pads and new tyres and the discs were determined to be worn but did not need replacing (we have had it confirmed by the MOT Centre that it would have been a failure if the discs were worn excessively). We are also surprised that as you are within the Motor Trade Industry yourself, decided to purchase the vehicle and then have it checked instead of prior to purchase. We are always open to our customers carrying out all checks necessary before making commitment in order to satisfy themselves of a vehicles' condition. As you agreed on the phone, the discs were discussed prior to purchase - you were aware that they would require replacing in the near future. You did not raise any concern at this point. Despite all of the above, we offered you to Return the vehicle for a Refund - which you declined. Unfortunately, we were unable to help any further. We wish you all the best and apologise that we could not agree on a satisfactory conclusion.
