Very poor service from start to finish. Purchased a car from them . Paid in full on the 10 march 2023. It had to have an mot and aa check which I was told would be done the following week on tue 14th. Heard nothing from them so on Thurs 16 I went to see them and was told it was being done the following week on the Tuesday. So a full 11 days after they received full payment. I was told that the car had no paperwork so would need to send off for a logbook which was not a problem. But rather than doing it as soon as the money was received they waited until I collected the car 11 days later. Anyway the morning after collecting the car I sent the form off and called to tax the vehicle only to be told I could not tax it until the log book was received which could be up to 6 weeks. At no point did anyone from south and west say that I wouldn't be able to tax it or even drive it on the road until the logbook arrived. Today us now the 19th April and after waiting for nearly 5 weeks it finally arrived and I have been able to tax it. All this time the vehicle has been sat on the drive with me being unable to use it and having to hire a vehicle for the whole time at a cost of £900 . When I spoke on the phone to them they said I was told but I wasn't and was only told there was no paperwork. Why could you not have sent off for the logbook in my name when you received full payment 11 days before I collected it??? I will never recommend this garage or be buying and vehicles from them in the future. You got the money then just took your time from then on and there was no rush to get anything done on the car. Very poor service

Apparently you can only test drive if you are happy with all elements of the car but how do you know until you test drive??? Terrible service. Was just handed keys with no interest from the sales person, he was too busy talking to his friends. It felt very chauvinistic, thought those days were gone!

Hello, I’m disappointed to see that you were left unhappy following your visit to us. I have been advised that you viewed 4 different vehicles and explained that you didn’t like any of them but wanted to test drive the Audi A4 Avant. When asked if you were happy with this car you replied that you weren’t (because of the mileage). Unfortunately as a company, we do not allow test drives on any of our vehicles if customers are not serious about buying one. As you made it clear you were not considering purchasing any of our vehicles, we could not release one into your possession. I hope you can understand that it’s not quite the same as trying on a piece of clothing in a shop and we need to look after our stock as much as possible for future buyers. I apologise this was unexpected. We wish you all the best in finding the right car for you.
Excellent customer service and clear communication Really impressed with the car i purchased. I was really pleased with the whole process from the first phone call all the way to me collecting the car. Very friendly and knowledgeable sales team who helped me along the way to make the perfect choice in a car that meets mine and my family needs. The cheapest car advertised with the spec i wanted so i Will definitely be coming back in the future when i purchase my next car and definitely will recommend to all my friends and family. Excellent service! I had a bit of a difficulty to get to the south & west motors as I travelled from a long distance by a train. Without hesitation I was picked up from the train station for no additional fee and no negative comments. The communication has been excellent. The paperwork was done quick. I wish you best of luck to your business and many happy customers in the future.

Absolutely disgusting customer service booked for a test drive only to be told on arrival they had sold the car, fuming is an understatement. Stay away !!!!!!

Hi, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Upon arranging your appointment we advised that in order to reserve a vehicle we would require a refundable deposit otherwise we work on a first-come, first-serve basis. Unfortunately you declined this and another customer arrived onsite earlier the same morning of your viewing who decided to go ahead with the purchase. Although this is a rare occurrence, it is a risk if the vehicle is not reserved. Again, I apologise for any inconvenience but hope the above clears up any misunderstanding. All the best.
The dealership is not trustworthy or honest as they omit or hide critical information associated with the vehicles. When I inquired about the car before purchase, they indicated the car only had minor scratches in 3 places. However, I have come to realise that they have hidden the other damages perfectly, so much so that I couldn't pick it up when I bought the car. When I wash my car, each time I'm discovering new damage in both the interior and exterior. Also, they indicated the car was previously used as a family car, but that's a lie. I found out that it was used as a lease car for a company before it was sold to me. They have omitted crucial pieces of information so conveniently to ensure they maximised their profit. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

Hi Ahamed, I’m sorry to see that you were left unhappy with your vehicle. I do note that this vehicle was purchased back in July 2020 and your review has now taken place 1 year later. We never received any contact from you following sale to discuss your dissatisfaction so believe that this review is quite unreasonable considering we were never given the opportunity to help. We are also perplexed by your issue advising that the car was great upon your visual inspection in person but that it deteriorated later. We do not use or know of any products on our vehicles which could present this very odd problem. We do hope the car has been reliable and still in use a year later and wish you all the best.
We purchased a vehicle from this garage. We live along way and due to covid we thought we would purchase and it would be delivered. The lady we spoke to advised car immaculate it comes with warranty we would do all our check before dispatched. Upon receipt of vehicle car was filthy, driver said it rained,( I checked the forecast for UK and there's was no rain) the car has been used or number plate has been. Used by criminals and the car has been listed on the police national database as a intrested vehicle for the police. We wasn't informed this on purchase as we would definatky have bought this. The service history wasn't great as it had had numerous breakdown. When questioned we was advised I refused the car wash this was tottaly incorrect as the car was delivered 2 hours later than expected. The police national database we were informed we are not obliged to inform And we could return the vehickle with the 7 day return. Minus deposit and delivery but would. Be charged mileage for going over the mileage when delivered. Overall I think this is the worse garage regards to trust and sales and I have bought many cars with many garages over the years. I think it was the lady on the phone who has a trustworthy voice. But I really hope you keep. Well clear.

Hi Tahir, we are sorry to see that you have been left disappointed following your purchase. Upon the day of delivery, you were not given a specific time of arrival but were advised that it would be mid afternoon - this was due to having another delivery scheduled earlier that day and also taking into account the over 250 Miles journey. To keep the delivery costs low, the vehicle was driven to you and the Manager had anticipated having the vehicle cleaned prior to delivery on route, but after receiving numerous phone calls from yourself to express urgency in delivering as early as possible, a decision was made to deliver as is. Upon arrival, the Manager offered to pay for a valet as there was a facility close to your address, which you declined. You were handed a letter from the authorities confirming that this vehicle (as per its’ VIN) was NOT on the Police Database and was free of any issue. This is because a similar vehicle using the same reg plates had flagged up for speeding in London - as advised it was established by the authorities that it was absolutely nothing to do with the vehicle you purchased and was cleared, hence the letter confirming as such. Of course, as there was no issue with the vehicle mechanically and it was as described we advised that if you wanted to return the vehicle it would be minus delivery cost. We did offer you the opportunity to view at our site but you declined. We also note that you mislead us by advising that this vehicle was being purchased for an elderly relative for personal use. We later found that you will use it for a Taxi service - which the AA Warranty does not cover. You were informed as such prior to purchase but mislead us with regards to this. We do hope the vehicle has since been as initially expected as we note we have received no complaints with regards to its’ reliability. Ultimately we appreciate that your experience was not as expected. We wish you all the best.

From start to finish the customer service was exceptional. The advert was detailed and accurate with 30+ photos of the car giving me confidence to do a 350mile round trip. Email and phone communication was very prompt and polite. Very accommodating for the test drive and vehicle walk around and appreciated our journey time. Open and honest discussion. Considering we bought a trade in the dealer knew more about the car than the main dealer we spoke to about a similar model. We visited during the Coronavirus pandemic and garage was well set up for social distancing and hygiene. Thank you for all your help, fully recommend this garage
