They want the sale after the sale they dont wanna know as for there warrenty i wound not bother they will find a way of getting out of paying and charge you for all diagnostics.
I AM THE SECOND OWNER OF A VW CADDY 3 MONTHS OLD, IT HAD A TOWBAR FITTED BY VW HEREFORD, STATED AS VW PART, THIS TOWBAR WAS POOR WORKMANSHIP AND WAS NOT A GENUINE VW PART, THIS CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO BREAKDOW AND A PENDING 2K BILL , THEY NOW STATE BECAUSE ITS NOT GENUINE THEY WONT GET IT FIXED OR PAY AFTER THEY SAID THEY WOULD - TRADING STANDARD - NEWSPAPER - WATCHDOG BULLY BOY TACTICS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I cannot fault the service received from Vertu Volkswagen Hereford. Darren B & Richard C were nothing short of amazing; Emails and phone calls were promptly responded too and all my questions and concerns were dealt with effectively. Throughout the sales process everything was kept quick and simple and it was evident Vertu were trustworthy, knowledgeable and cared about customer care. It was nice for everything to be on a digital screen rather than numerous bits of paper as experienced at other dealerships, this kept the sale process streamlined and straight forward. From the initial enquiry, every detail was accurate and clear. The personalised video of the car was a great addition too and instantly made us feel valued. We're looking forward to collecting our VW Polo at the weekend and would have no hesitation in recommending Vertu Volkswagen Hereford.
A disappointing experience after spending a substantial amount of money on a new car. I first visited and test drove a golf GTD and was looked after very well by a woman named Rebecca, she was very friendly and very efficient, I wish I could say the same as for another member of staff who had no sense of urgency and had little sense of customer service. The waiting system is very poor, both times I visited the dealership I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen, even though I was on time for my appointment. This is not the level so service or care you would nearly expect to receive paying £15,000 for a vehicle. On top of this, when I first visited the car I was told the damage to the alloys and a car battery key was changed, this never got done upon me coming to collect the vehicle (2 hour drive). Post purchasing, I’ve emailed the salseperson who dealt with my enquiry and have had no response to a question I asked. Someone seriously needs to take a look at Vertu Volkswagens customer service arrangements as it’s appalling.

Everything was easy going for us when we went to South Hereford Garages, they held on to the car for us whilst we was sorting out the finance.We was really pleased with it all.Always room improvement I think which is why I have rated them a 4 and not a 5.I would recommend them
