Paid £3500 for a Citroen c3 automatic I was told that the car had come from a main dealer and that the car was A, picked the car up next day and went to fill it up and discovered that it had no indicators working so went straight back and told them they replied as it was a Saturday I would have to come back on Monday for them to get it done, so I drove home with the car using hand signals after a couple of miles smoke started coming from under the bonnet so I stopped and lifted the bonnet to find that the battery cover had been taken off and left on the exhaust I rang them and told them and they said they would have a new one fitted, took the car back on Monday and I was told I would have to leave it with them for a couple of days I told him that I wasn’t very happy and that the car was making a banging noise on the nearside front when ever I hit a bump and I was concerned about it as the car had just passed its mot, gave some lame excuse and said he would get everything done, no offer to run me home so had to get the train, two days later got the car back and the front suspension noise and the indicators had been done but on driving home I noticed that the passenger side window switch was not working as well as the rear parking sensors so rang again and was told that they would order the parts and ring me back when they had them, you guessed never heard nothing from them and could not contact them, bought the parts and done. it myself, after just 3500 miles the auto gearbox is now playing up and making grinding noises so I decided to take the car back to their site and let them hear it when I arrived the site was empty and deserted, so I have a car that needs a gearbox at a cost of nearly two grand which I am not prepared to pay so it sits outside my house as an ornament if you are thinking of buying a car avoid these cowboys at all costs I believe they are trading from their homes now and taking the car to the customers house so be very sure you check them out before you get yourself a pup!!
I bought a car from them, trusting it's as good as they said it was. From the day one, I had problems with it. With each week a new problem appeared. Also, I found out only after I purchased the vehicle, that it has no paperwork at all. The man who, I believe, is the owner, or co-owner is a rude person, who treated me (a female) in a very patronizing way, and said if I want them to check the fault of the car, I need to leave it for a whole day, a night or maybe even longer. I took the car back (I needed it) went to Kwik Fit for advice, and they knew what was wrong right away, and said it takes 30 min to fix it. I didn't, because it was too expensive. After that, more problems occurred. I don't even contact them anymore, and only trying to find a mechanic, who won't charge me a fortune, to fix all the issues...

Spent 1550 pounds on a car. After 4 months the automatic transmission failed and it was deemed economically irreparable. We have tried in vain to contact the dealer asking for a refund as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015 . We essentially spent 1550 pounds on a car that lasted only 4 months.

Car bought, fault within two weeks, asked for a refund under the Consumer Rights Act of October 2015, and checked with citizens advise - refused refund, pressurised and insisted they would only repair it which they are doing free of charge, however I am now concerned about the vehicles general safety as a disabled driver with children - after emailing, quoting my legal rights - no response and they still refused refund. Devastated.... Ombudsman, Citizens Advice and Trading Standards now informed The car is coming back whether I like it or not, disgusting

Bought a 2003 VW Polo just less than 6 months ago. Something went wrong on Saturday, Took it to local garage on Monday and was told there is no compression and engine rebuild would be required. Phoned London Car Sales and gave the background. The response I received was hostile and accusational. Asked for an email address and was told "you know where we are" and was hung up on. Buyer beware!!!!

I bought a BMW which had faults straight away. The first time they had the car for a few weeks and when they finally returned the car it still had faults. They have now had the car a further 2 weeks and are now ignoring my calls. Sound London car sales is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Whilst there was a problem the car was repaired and we came to a satisfactory conclusion with the customer
Robert was really friendly and helpful from start to finish. Price was reasonable, and after purchase care is top. When test driving the car the battery seemed to be on its way out. We weren't sure if this was because it didn't have any charge having not being driven much, or if it was just dying. When, a few days after purchasing the car, (a 2005 Golf TDI) the battery did turn out to be completely flat Robert ordered a replacement and came to fit it within a day. We then took the car for a service in the garage and found the rear calipers to need changing - Robert offered to do this for us free of charge. As we wanted a guarantee on the parts we used our own garage and South London Car Sales kindly paid money towards the cost of replacement. Very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone.
